Stenhaga - house by private lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Summer dream close to Hultsfred and Vimmerby

A classic cottage with a lot of culture and tradition, which is complemented by a modern kitchen and bathroom area. Fantastic location in the middle of the Småland field and pasture. The cottage is connected to the village Sönnerhult but in a private location so you can only see the village from a distance. Suitable for anyone in a district that has everything from Astrid Lindgren's world to excursion destinations in the Hultsfredsfestival's tracks. In the nearby area, there are moose parks, bathing areas, summer cafes, adventure park, Emil in Lönnebergas Katthult and farm shops.

Possibility to borrow a boat is available. 25-30 minutes by car to Vimmerby, Astrid Lindgren's world and Bullerbyn. 35 minutes to Eksjö wooden city, about 12 km to Mariannelund. (nearest grocery store) Emils Katthult about 6 km. Among other things, two national parks, (Kvill and Skurugata), nearby with nice walking paths. Flea markets. Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

A perfect vacation getaway in Småland where you can enjoy what the lake and the forest has to offer all year round. It is situated about 13 km from Hultsfred Centrum at a forest farm called Brunsviks Gård. A small rowboat is available for you during your stay. The beach area and grill pit is shared with guests of Stuga Dagmar, your neighbor. Cabin Basebo in the Countryside!

A tasteful cottage with double bed in a sleeping room and up to five madrases on a spacious loft. Sauna and veranda, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice, quiet life at the countryside. Trampoline, lots of playgames and books. A great place for children! 200 m to bathing place with boat. This house is situated close to my own house, we will be neighbors during your stay. You are welcome! 25 minutes to Astrid Lindgrens World. Guidebooks on the surroundings are available at Basebo förlag.

Meet our lovely red cottage in Småland surrounded by forest, hills and lakes. With all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby. With a bit of luck you see deer and foxes from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. From April to October we rent out 2 kayaks.

Only 30 minutes from Astrid Lindgren's World, there is the chance to experience and enjoy an incredibly lovely peaceful environment. Modern cottage with large fenced plot where both children and dogs can run free, private swimming area with sandy bottom, wood-fired sauna, rowing boat, canoe and a bunch of sun loungers to enjoy! Since there are two cottages on the property and also room to park a motorhome or caravan, it is absolutely perfect for several families to rent at the same time.

History: Our farm was built early 1900 by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. 1925 man small cottage so then used as a small farmhouse, while upstairs and the part where the kitchen is now a storage room and grain warehouse.
