Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Basel

Hans & Daniela have made a wonderful airbnb experience for me and my family. The apartment is clean and spacious and the pool and sauna in the cellar are a great asset for when you are looking for a relaxing holiday. We found beautiful hiking trails in the surroundings starting directly from our front door with a great diversity of landscape and vegetation. A special tip are the concerts given in the old silver mine in the mountain across, great kuche (pastry) is served in the hotel Halde on top of the mountain. We had fun in Hofsgrund!

The organization of the stay with Yuliia and Lionel was very professional right from the beginning. There were automatic messages with instructions next to the in-person contact. The apartment is morden/simple and there is everything you need. The location is central, but also quiet for sleeping. When we arrived, we first ventilated because it was very warm under the roof. The message that we should take the trash out of the apartment with us was a little new to me. From the fridge, however, we probably also had to take care of food from the previous tenant. The sauna is in the backyard of the house in a garden hut with glass wall. There are also balconies above, so you have to expect observation of the roommates. The fact that all roommates of the house can use the sauna was already clear from the advertisement. Unfortunately, I only came into the shower with the doors open on the side. With the wide-angled images, it seemed to be bigger on the pictures.

Nice clean and tastefully furnished accommodation, good location. Good communication, we had a pleasant stay at François's.

Kilian is a very responsive and welcoming host. He was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the trip. Always available to answer our questions and give great local recommendations. The check-in was smooth, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and we truly felt welcomed. It’s rare to find such a kind and attentive host. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

It was a very nice experience, because the flight arrived early, the host Michelle let us check in early, the room was beautiful, it had a great sense of design, lots of sunlight, there was a bus just downstairs, it was convenient

Great accommodations. The apartment is located in the tallest building in the city and the view is spectacular. Well worth the money.

Large modern apartment in a building next to Mercure hotel in residential suburb by the airport, but plenty of parking, very quiet and spacious surroundings, close to local supermarket etc. plenty of space for 6 and well equipped kitchenette, table, good bathroom, nice balcony. Perfect for night after our flight for our family of 6. I received no instructions, but saw on the original listing that it said check in at the hotel reception, and that was very easy, they manage the apartments and found us on the computer.

Well equipped apartment. Located right next to the Horse Academy. Good value for money. Nice Host.

Perfect for us, we rented for a pied-à-terre during a nearby wedding. Clean and compliant apartment. Francis is an available and pleasant host. The place was quiet and pleasant. I recommend it!

The time in Olsberg has passed far too quickly. This place is gorgeous in every way. Elsbeth is a humorous host with several great stories from her eventful life. I felt at home from the first day. Tulip, the Border Collie, has also grown very close to my heart. By the way, he's not a dog, but a border collie. The internet is super fast and in the room there is a TV with all channels. I took great excursions with Elsbeth on the weekend and she showed me Basel and surroundings. Ask Bächler in difficult locations. Thank you for the wonderful time in this exclusive environment.

We spent beautiful Whitsun days with the family in this house with a wonderful outdoor area. Monique was very helpful and helpful. She responded to inquiries in a short time. It's a shame the beautiful weather only came today. So we could not use the pool and the beautiful outdoor area enough. So we enjoyed excursions in the nearby area. Many thanks to Monique!

Delicious stay with Diana and her family, in this beautiful house surrounded by a shady garden which was nice to be able to enjoy after our urban explorations. Gourmet breakfast. Very well located house, within tram reach of Basel city center (the tram stop is 2 minutes away), but in the quiet of this residential area. The Beyerler Foundation is accessible on foot by a bucolic path. The Vitra campus is also close by, accessible on foot or by bike. In short, a beautiful and warm address! Thanks again to Diana! We'll be back.

We are deeply grateful for the assistance provided by Andrew. When there were some issues with the order, Andrew reserved the property for us and offered flexible check-in services! This is a touching gesture of kindness! As shown in the picture, the property boasts a spacious and cozy space, with well-equipped kitchen facilities. The garden is layered and interesting, allowing us to fully enjoy the sunshine and peaceful moments in the house! Additionally, the commute time to and from the airport and Basel is around 20 minutes, which is very convenient! Thank you once again for your hospitality and assistance, Andrew!

Great place to stay and it has a lovely view, lots of animals around (nice for kids) and family friendly. Recommended!

Very good stay, in a spacious house and more than well equipped and comfortable. Very welcoming and considerate host. The view from the house, of the village below is beautiful and the garden in the back must be very pleasant in summer. In December, we enjoyed a beautiful interior and outdoor Christmas decoration. A little extra: dogfriendly home! We'll most certainly be back.
