It's less than 1km down to the water. Lerberget has a cosy harbor with both bathing jetty and beach. The villa is very fresh and has five bedrooms and two bathrooms. Large fully equipped kitchen and a large dining/living room. Here you live perfectly with close to the sea and swim 300 meters to the golf course or a little longer to Höganäs sports center.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The cottage is located a stone's throw from Tylösand's kilometer-long sandy beach and within walking distance to Halmstad Golf Club and Tylösand's restaurants & hotels. The cottage is smaller but well-planned & cozy. Toilet is in the cottage, shower & laundry can be found in the service house. One bed in separate rooms. A cosy house, 65 sqm, on the outskirts of Gullbrandstorp community on a horse farm. The house is newly renovated, bright and fresh. You have your own house with views of fields and horses From the entrance you enter a big hallway where you also have a fully tiled bathroom with washer if you need. Upstairs is one bedroom with a double bed. You can turn the sofa into a double bed as well. And a combined living room and kitchen with everything you need. Outside the house you have your own patio.

Båstad is a well known summer resort with access to beaches, tennis, golf, sailing, cycling and Padel. The Bjäre peninsula is full of wonderful destinations such as Hovs Hallar, Norrviken gardens, Torekov, Hallands Väderö and Malens havsbad . The house has a big trampoline in the garden and badminton net, and is close to both indoor and outdoor pools.

And 20 minutes away you can visit the famous moose safari. If you feel like relaxing at home you can just have a picnic in the park or take a swim in the lake.

This one of two flats that we rent out. We call this Arild and is a small cozy apartment. The property is in a rural setting, secluded from traffic and noise. Right outside the door there is a lush and lovely garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Private parking is available directly next to the apartment. Guests have access to wifi that they have free of charge and there is the possibility to borrow bikes for tours around Kullabygden.

Mitt i Gamla Lerberget, ca 100 m från stranden: Ett eget litet hus med en egen trädgård uppfart i direkt anslutning. Fruktträd, rosor, smultron och perenner möter dig på din väg in och på uteplatsen finns vilstolar och plats för avkoppling eller måltider. Gamla Lerberget är en av de pittoreska fiskebyarna längs med Kullabygdens kust. En underbar semesterplats.

This house is located in central Båstad with about 250m to the beach and the town's sea swimming area. The house is unique with its African décor and its own gym. It is also a safe and secure garden with a lockable gate.
