Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Batomalj

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Josefina‘s Apartment verbracht. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, die Stadt Krk und somit die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5-7 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist super schön, die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber, alle 3 Tage werden frische Handtücher vorbei gebracht. Der Pool war bei der Hitze ein Highlight. Wir würden bei unserem nächsten Besuch auf Krk auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Apartment wählen. Vielen lieben Dank an Josefina und Silvija, die immer für uns erreichbar waren und bei Anliegen schnell reagiert haben. Bis hoffentlich ganz bald! Liebe Grüße ♥️ Familie Schmidt

Highly recommended, just few walk in the centar

Alles war super schön und sauber, die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht. Es war auch überhaupt kein Problem als wir früher auschecken mussten, da unsere Kinder krank wurden. Ganz im Gegenteil, die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht alles problemlos abzuwickeln und brachte uns sehr viel Verständnis entgegen- sehr zu empfehlen ! Danke

The house was very beautiful, clean and functional. About 5 minute walk to the beach and another 10 to the bigger beach. Pool was clean and beautiful, location was quiet up on the hill. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing I would recommend for parents of toddlers is to bring a baby gate for the steps. Host was very helpful and friendly as was the agency!

Suzana ist ein hervorragende, aufmerksame Super-Gastgeberin. Alles was man benötigt und sogar mehr (Regenschirm, Bügeleisen…) ist vorhanden. Im Kühlschrank stand eine kühle Flasche Weißwein. Auf dem Küchentisch standen Obst und Schokolade und Kirschen aus dem Garten. Überhaupt sind Garten und der Zugang zum Meer wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist einfach nur zu empfehlen.

We had wonderful time! Our host Katica was very friendly and caring and the apartment had everything we needed. Above all, we appreciated the quiet and private front yard, private parking space and proximity to the beaches.

Ankica is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a drink and chat, and offered a safe place to keep our bikes. She gave us recommendations of the area and in the morning brought us a lovely baked treat. The accomodation was clean, comfortable and in a great location. :)

Josipa’s place was excellent, very well equipped, lots of space, great welcoming host, great for the National Park, great value, highly recommended!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. La villa était encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Rajna est une hôte incroyablement attentive aux détails, qui se consacre à rendre chaque instant inoubliable. Tout était impeccable : la villa, la piscine, l’espace commun. C'est un véritable 1000/10. Nous nous réjouissons de revenir car c’est de loin le meilleur Airbnb de tous, tout simplement incomparable. Great stay in Sinac, house had everything as advertised and more.

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

Wir verbrachten als Freundesgruppe zu 6. eine Woche in der Villa. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und sehen genau aus wie auf den Bildern. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und alles war auch sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host erfolgte über Chat. Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr flexibel und haben reibungslos geklappt. Unser Host hat uns bei Fragen immer schnell geantwortet und uns auch Tipps mit auf den Weg gegeben. Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen, man hat zu 100% seine Ruhe und stört auch keinen. Einziges Manko ist hier, dass man bis zu den nächsten größeren Supermärkten eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Ich kann jedoch jedem die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Great place! Very peaceful and has all the amenities

Unser Aufenthalt im Appartement REA in Medulin war rundum gelungen! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer tollen Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch nah am Strand und an Restaurants. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir den freundlichen Eigentümer Vedran, der sich stets erkundigt hat, ob wir etwas benötigen. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten – wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Appartement REA von Herzen weiter!

Such a nice place and very kind and helpful hosts - Thank you very much, Terezija and Sasa! The apartment has everything you need and is perfectly well situated in the harbour with Restaurants, shops, the fish market, etc. Nevertheless it is quiet and you can enjoy the lovely garden with view on the sailing boats in the harbour. Beaches are within walking distance.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Les hôtes sont accueillants et gentils. L'endroit est très agréable, avec un grand jardin vert pour le chien et frais grâce à l'ombre. Nous avons pu manger sur la terrasse. L'emplacement est impeccable : près de la mer, et magasins, restaurants à proximité. Pas besoin de voiture, on peut aller partout à pied. C'est un espace plaisant qui nous permet rester tranquille en toute intimité. L'appartement à notre arrivée était propre, le wifi marchait bien même sur la terrasse, les équipements bien présents comme indiqués sur l'annonce. Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille avec notre chien. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.

Ich und 3 meiner Freunde waren für knapp eine Woche in der Wohnung. Alles war Super der Pool war auch topp. Zu Fuss ist man in 5 min am Strand. Und mit dem Auto sind andere schöne Stadte (15-35) min erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein super airbnb!
