The apartment is in the heart of the city. The road to the beach will take 10-15 minutes walking along the promenade. The center of the old town is just a few steps away. There is also a children's playground, cable car, sea terminal, yacht club, seaside boulevard, boat trips, excursion bureau. A pharmacy that is open 24 hours a day. Many restaurants, bars, cafes. Banks and currency exchange offices. Not far from the fish restaurants and the market, bazaar and central bus station. There is a supermarket in the next building.

The 26th floor is the highest with a direct, panoramic sea view. The panoramic windows are 5 meters high. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. The largest mall is located near the house, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  A two-storey apartment of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors - all over the area and air conditioners in each room separately. The apartment renovation was completed in June 2024.

Also laser musical fountains can be seen from the living room every evening. Near the apartment is located McDonald's, 300 meters to the dolphinarium, 300 meters to the central park of Batumi, 50 Meters to the supermarket (24 hour). Many restaurants with different cuisines around.
