Very good host and apartment

Everything was great. One of the best accommodation in my experience. The apartment is huge and well designed. A bit noisy during the day but at night it’s pretty calm. The biggest bonus is parking. The location is close to the beach, old city and new city. Highly recommended for big families.

We are very happy to have stayed at Alex's apartment. Everything was clean, the apartment is conveniently located very close to the city center. There are 2 balconies. Each bedroom had air conditioners, which saved us in the heat. Nice and helpful host. He met us at the train station, drove us to the house and helped us bring things to the 6th floor, which saved us from logistical problems. And when I checked out, he allowed me to leave my things until the evening. Thanks to this, we got the opportunity to swim in the sea again and walk around the city, for which he has a special thanks! Overall, we loved Alex's place and would love to come again.

An excellent and stylish apartment with impeccable cleanliness! The host is very thoughtful and attentive, making the stay even more comfortable. Stunning views of the sea and park create an incredible atmosphere. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby, everything is within reach. Highly recommend!

Inga and Beso were very nice and kind hosts. If you want to have a wonderful memory from Georgia, where you can cook in the summer kitchen, eat and relax with friends and family under the beautiful fruit trees, in an uncrowded spot of the green hills of Gonio and the Black Sea, you are definitely reading the right review. The location is great. The place is suitable for a large group, the only disadvantage is that the toilet and kitchen are in a separate room. And the host himself was very friendly and friendly! We had a lovely chat and had a great time.

We visited Batumi only for a few hours, as our main goal was to explore nature and the national parks, but we stayed at Megi’s place and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Megi was incredibly helpful and communicative from the start. The house itself is huge, spotlessly clean, and located in a peaceful area - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Getting there was smooth thanks to Megi’s assistance. The road isn’t visible on Google Maps, but we received clear instructions and helpful photos to guide us through the last few hundred meters. When we arrived, the host was waiting for us, gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the house, and explained how everything works. We highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet retreat near Batumi!

We recently stayed at this house for our vacation, and overall, it was a great experience. The property was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Zaza was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the booking process and our stay smooth and enjoyable. However, one important thing to note is the proximity to a railway. When we inquired about it, we were informed it was a dead end, but it turned out to be a main road with significant traffic. This led to some unexpected noise, especially at night, which might be a concern for light sleepers or families traveling with young children. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would still recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-hosted stay. Thank you, Zaza, for your hospitality!

We had such a nice and peaceful stay at Manana’s and Esma’s house. It’s very green, private and cosy. The house itself is very cute, airy and has everything you might need. The bathroom and kitchen are very spacious. The view on Batumi, especially at night, is incredible. Also the nearby beach is very beautiful. Both Manana and Esma have been super helpful and nice, available anytime we needed something. Their dog Ray is also very sweet! Even though it rained a lot during our stay, we still had a great time.

Beka's place was exactly as described. Excellent location, right next to the park entrance, very close to the sea, and within walkable distance to all major attractions. Also, accessible by bus, if needed. Beka was very responsive to all questions and requests. Allowed us to check in a little early and leave the luggage after checking out. Instructions on how to get in and out were clear. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The balcony is large and enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking. The place has a washing machine, a large enough fridge, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine and kettle. Would enjoyed our stay and will be glad to visit the place again.

We spent a week at the apartment, and it was an excellent experience! We felt 100% at home. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The balcony was spacious and furnished with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing. Absolutely 5 stars in every category—we will definitely come back again!

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.
