Great stay. The apartment is super well located right in front of the beach. Danielle was super responsive when we arrived. We will have excellent memories and hope to be able to return when the weather is nice.

Beautiful accommodation, very well located, with a magnificent sea view. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect: welcome, communication, cleanliness, location, amenities.

For a first experience we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rental, Nathalie was responsive from start to finish of our stay. Small downside however, the doors of the bathroom and the small bedroom close badly.

Second stay in this apartment so nice at the gates of the beach. So appreciable, in addition to this dream location, to have everything you need for everyday life available. I would highly recommend it!

A very beautiful house restored with taste combining the old and the modern. The amenities are of quality: bedding, bathrooms, separate toilets, very beautiful kitchen. The whole place is very pleasant for 8 people, the very pretty garden allows you to relax a few minutes from bike paths (bikes available) and the seaside. Anne is very responsive and easy to communicate with. A charming address!!!

Clean and nice place. An enclosed exterior so ideal if children (and pets which is our case). 5 minute walk to the sea by a rather pleasant little path. I recommend it

The rental is very very clean. It is very pleasant, functional and very well decorated. Good bedding, lots of nice little details like rackets for the tennis court... Very good accommodation in Batz-sur-Mer. Whether to go to the center, or to the beach, no need to take the car because it is perfectly located (less than 5 minutes walk to the center, less than 10 minutes to the beach). Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The terrace is a very nice plus. Perfect welcome by Chantal, responsive and always smiling. Thanks again ☺️

Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

A perfect stay in a beautiful, clean house, in perfect condition, allowing 3 couples to live together without being on top of each other. Immediate proximity to the sea and the beach, a balcony with sea view for breakfast, and a well-equipped place of residence that makes you feel at home. Tracy was super responsive to all our requests, it was really ideal conditions to discover the surroundings. We would recommend it in a second!

The apartment has an excellent location. At the end of the garden, the sea. It is very, very clean and especially very well maintained. Cedric and Caroline are charming and warm hosts. This is the second time we've come and we're still happy.

We spent 4 days in Bérénice's accommodation. The apartment is cozy, very bright, and perfectly equipped for a pleasant stay. The terrace overlooking the port and the sea is a real plus, ideal for a coffee in the morning.
