Located in the center of Manche (Agneaux), 500 m from the Voie Verte, 5 min walk from the Institute, 8 min (car) from the stud farm, 30 min from the sea, 1 hr from Mont Saint-Michel, 40 min from the landing beaches, 1 hr from the Cité de la Mer, 40 min from Bayeux. Independent entrance through the outer courtyard, located under the terrace of our house (lockbox).

It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, a beautiful terrace and a large garden. The connected TV will give you free access to "Netflix" and our audio system will allow you to listen to Spotify and radios from around the world in every room of our home. A fixed computer, barbecue and ping-pong table will also be available.

Nice house for 6 guests. The house consists of a living room/lounge with pellet stove, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower. You also enjoy a terrace with a south-facing barbecue as well as a private outdoor area. Linens included (sheets + towels) Beds are made on arrival. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron. Parking for up to two vehicles.
