We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, a free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

A separate work area with daylight lamp is available. An open kitchen with a spacious dining area invites you to cook & cozy get-together.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

One double bedroom, one living room with small sofa bed and balcony, one kitchen with electrical appliances, one large bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a bus stop right outside the front door and the S-Bahn stop is about a 10-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity are beverage markets/supermarket and a pizzeria.
