Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

The newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment with fantastic, unobstructed mountain views of the Kramer and the Ammergau Alps offers you enough space for a relaxing vacation in the mountains on 27 m² and is the perfect place for couples, small families or friends up to 3 people. The apartment is ideally located for many activities in summer and winter, and is within walking distance in approx. 12 minutes from the center of Garmisch. Chalet 150 sqm

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort.
