Cabin holiday rentals in Bay City

Let me start of by saying this was the PERFECT get away for me and my husband who both work demanding jobs and long hours! The river was so nice and peaceful and the hot tub was relaxing and clean which is sometimes hard to trust when renting an air bnb. Annie is a co-host on site and she was there to help with check in by showing us around and was there when we needed things. The only thing I will say is there is current home construction on the owner Pete’s house so there is a bit of noise through the day but it did not bother us at all !!! When you walk outside you may find Pete working around his yard or in his garage, Pete is the cutest old man ever he is super respectful of his guests being in his space and will check to see if he is a bother or is being too loud 🥹 10/10 recommend this place if your looking for a relaxing getaway by the river ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Lovely quiet, private cabin with a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, loads of games, CDs, movies, kids' art supplies. We'll be back!

We loved our stay at this cabin! Hosts were very communicative and went out of their way to provide personal touches (such as a cute ‘happy birthday’ banner for my husband, as we were celebrating his birthday). This was a perfect romantic getaway with 10/10 reviews of the beach, front porch, and back patio from our puppy :)

Wonderful place on the river! Peaceful and fun to be on the river and watch birds, seals and other wildlife. It is close to a great breakfast/lunch place, fresh fish house, library and market - all across the street! We kayaked right from the house which has its own dock!

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! The house just felt like a home. It was beautiful. The views were phenomenal and everything was pristine. We loved the quick little walk from the house to the market to the beach! It was the perfect getaway spot! The beds are beyond comfy! And all the white linens felt clean and sophisticated! Many events can be held here! We loved the baby gate towards the loft since the steps are a little steeper than average stairs but not super hard to go up. The hot tub was a great add-on for just soaking our worries away. This place has been a very memorable experience for our family and we hope many others will have the chance to enjoy the wonderful amenities here!! Thank you again!! We will miss this house and your extremely kind hospitality!

This is great place to stay if you are visiting Pacific City. Highly recommend! It’s a 5min walk to the beach, Pelican Pub & Brewery, coffee shop, grocery store and other restaurants. 2 min drive to other stores or restaurants around the area. The house is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The hot tub was great! Very quiet and peaceful place. Communication with Carol was also very quick. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice and quiet, short walk to the beach. Also a nice hiking trail nearby trailhead a couple minutes walk east. It does have a clothes washer dryer though the listing says it doesn’t. (Doesn’t have a dishwasher)

Ketzel and Nani were friendly and gracious hosts. The house and the property were just beautiful! My husband and I loved the back deck which provided a lovely view of the forest and the Pacific Ocean. Bonus, we saw elk, deer, and a daily hummingbird show! Highly recommend this place! Can’t wait for a return visit!

I mean, what can I say. Our family stayed here two years ago and we loved it so much that we planned an entire vacation around staying here again. John's cabin does not disappoint. There's no wifi, no tv, no radio... just a breakfast table, a couple couches that face one another and a fireplace. What more do you need to disconnect and get your headspace back? The cabin is quaint and has a remarkable history. The private beach is a one block walk away down a gravel road and all the neighbors we met were kind and sweet. We cannot say enough wonderful things about John's cabin. Thank you, John... see you again in another year or two. :)

Can’t beat waking up to the sound of the river in the backyard. Green, quiet, beautiful. Unique place that has all you need. Beautiful break we needed from “real life”.

We loved staying at this private cabin it was so clean and decorated very nicely and homey. If we had any questions Marie was very quick to respond and take care of anything we needed. I would come back here again!

Loved our stay at McKenzies cozy pirate getaway. It was a short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom had large tub and a walk in shower with all the bells and whistles.

This home is absolutely magical! We visited for a long weekend and truly felt like we had escaped to our own private oasis. The views are nothing short of spectacular, and the local deer added such a charming, peaceful touch to our mornings. Every detail in the home is thoughtful and inviting — comfortable, beautifully designed, and perfectly situated to take in the breathtaking scenery both inside and out. Andy was an exceptional host, quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. We loved it so much, we extended our stay another night! Thank you, Andy, for sharing this incredible space. Nice home on a quiet street in Seaside. Quick drive to other towns like Astoria and Cannon Beach as well as walkable to downtown Seaside shops, beaches, and attractions.

Beautiful, spacious log cabin in the woods, close to Tillamook, and easy hour drive to Portland. Many hiking and fly fishing opportunities in the area.

Great, convenient place to stay for the night. We loved the easy access to the ocean! Everything was just as described. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a comfortable, cute cottage close to the ocean. We enjoyed our time there. FYI: the Vacasa phone numbers on the site are non working. It would be good to have a phone number to call on the Air B and B site to call in case of emergency.

We absolutely loved staying at Emily's A-frame in Oceanside on our honeymoon! AMAZING views of the beach and sea from the living room and we loved having a little wood fire in the stove in the evening. There was a little noise from the upstairs guests, but they respected quiet hours. Definitely will be coming back next time we're on the Oregon coast.

We enjoyed our stay. Our place was clean and was exactly like the pictures on the website. The amenities of beverages, snacks and breakfast items were enjoyable. Great location in the city of Seaside. We could walk to restaurants and shops.

Papa Bears beach home is one of a kind! Quite, peacful, beautifully decorated with antique charm. The location is perfectly set in town with very close and easy beach access, with food locations, beach shops all in easy walking distance in all directions; even close for morning Dutch Bros walks. The wall to bedrooms seamlessly hides the room as if a secret passage, when the doors are shut. The beds are all comfortable, even the pull out couch, not to mention the ocean watching from the deck, we saw whale spouts. Each pathway to entry doors are beautiful with many beach favorites, unique rocks, decor and even a hidden fairy home. The place has so many unique features and charm. Shells, nature, antiques, Papa Bears decor, has all the comforts of home, providing a great and relaxing home away from home. We will for sure book this place for our next Lincoln City vacation.
