Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Bay of Plenty Region

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this lovely 2-bedroom unit in Rotorua. The place was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private outdoor spa was an absolute highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s conveniently located close to the city but still peaceful and quiet. The host was amazing—communication was clear, friendly, and timely, which made everything super easy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Karen’s place was perfect for a family of 4 for 3 nights. There was enough room for comfortable sleeping, relaxing and eating. We did eat every night and if you plan to stay in, there are limited cooking facilities as explained and described. There are plenty of places to eat and Karen was very helpful in sharing favourites. Everything is walkable or a very short drive. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the later checkout was super helpful to maximise beach time. The added beach towels were a nice touch. I highly recommend this place as very affordable and comfortable accommodation for a few nights getaway.

We had such a wonderful time! This is truly a beautiful Airbnb in a stunning location. It had everything we could possibly need and Robyn made us feel right at home. Our son enjoyed all the toys, puzzles and wanted to go kayaking as soon as his eyes opened in the morning. We will be back!

We had a great time at Suzanne’s place. Perfect location with lots of things to do close by. The apartment is very comfortable with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place and we would love to come back.

Really enjoyable stay, difficult to find a fault in all honesty. The accomodation was quiet, clean and was in an ideal location for us. The finish on the house was great as well. Pretty much all new kitchen, bathroom etc. plus the air con was great!

We had a fabulous stay for the Beach Hop. The location is perfect for a super close walk to town and the views from the house are just beautiful with the beach just across the lawn. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. We had a hiccough with no loo paper to start with but that got sorted. Please note there is just one loo upstairs.

Our family had wonderful time while staying here. Highly recommended, especially they do offer high chair and cot for the infant and had some toys as well.

Lynley’s holiday home is spacious and perfect for large families/groups. The home is well presented and well designed. It is a lovely place to relax and has excellent spots for everyone to come together.

Fantastic place to stay with loads of room, comfy beds and great views. Great location right by the lake and only a few min drive from town.

Atiamurphy is one of the best AirBNB places we have stayed at. Service provided, Host Communication and the Location, is perfect, for me at least. kids will have a blast, parents will get their peace, and travellers will scratch that itch whilst here! Our stay was a perfect 10/10! We were on a girls’ trip and felt completely safe throughout. The location was ideal—private and peaceful, yet just a short drive from the main city, Eat Streat, Redwood Forest, Polynesian Spa, and other attractions. The house itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very well-maintained. It's an ideal spot for families or a group of friends, with a spacious backyard that's great for kids to play and adults to relax or enjoy a BBQ. Portia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host, and we truly appreciated her hospitality. I highly recommend this stay!

Had an amazing stay. House was awesome with lots of room for everyone. We had a mix of adults and kids and there was space for everyone. John was very responsive to questions and accommodated our requests. It was great to have a list of recommendations for food places, which we used a couple of. Unfortunately we didn’t get the opportunity to use the outside fire, but we did enjoy the spa at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had a great time staying here during our family’s visit to Rotorua. Joe was extremely communicative and helpful, ensuring it was easy for us to get into the house and had everything we needed for our family of young kids. We loved the location and the beautiful views and hope to be back to take advantage of all the wonderful amenities!
