We enjoyed our stay here. The place is spacious with luxurious, cosy carpet. So great to find a place with 2 separate bedrooms, each with a queen bed. It is located handy to the centre of town but in a quiet street. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to communications.

Perfect location - quiet with a lovely view across the lake to the town centre. Our stay was only for two night's and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Didn't have the opportunity to meet Mel in person, but great communicator with messages. Will definitely recommend this ABnB to others and will definitely use again ourselves. Thank you Mel for a perfect stay!

Had an amazing stay. Donna was such a great host. The kids loved the outdoor bath. Would highly recommend.

As a group of 5 girlfriends we couldn’t have chosen a better place for our weekend away. We loved the cosy house it was nice and warm , beds comfy and had everything we needed . The location was amazing with access to a private lakefront spot. Ngaire was a fabulous super host so helpful and going extra mile for us to ensure we had a lovely stay. Can’t recommend enough and would love to comeback in summer !

Such a beautiful peaceful place to stay with lovely gardens. Fun to see the cows running in the fields nearby. Nice breakfast items including fresh fruit, milk, juice, yogurt, honey, cereal, bread and jelly.

Awesome place to stay. So clean with amazing sheets. All the little touches were there to make us feel comfortable and well rested.

I’m not sure what the past reviews are talking about because this place was absolutely great and worth every cent that we paid. The house had everything and more that is usually provided in an Air BnB, I was even able to bake some brownies with all the kitchen utilities that are available. Immaculately clean, the bed in the room was super comfy and my sons enjoyed their sleeps on the bottom bunk and sofa bed in the lounge. The place was absolutely perfect for what we were after and the backyard is awesome for little ones. Although the Air BnB is the bottom floor of the host’s house, it is so private and you hardly even hear any noise above. Thank you Lorna and Aaron for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be returning to you if needed again in the future.

You will feel right at home here! We stayed 2 nights at this self contained unit, and it was lovely! Everyone was clean and tidy. Kitchen had all the basics you will ever need, including a freshly baked bread!! Hosts were also very responsive and had great recommendations for dining and activities. They also have a beautiful garden with chickens you can feed and help yourself to their eggs. Overall, simply lovely. We would stay here again!

Phil's place had all we needed for our stay. We were here due to a big event taking place around the area of Neil Hunt Park and Redwood Forest, so it was a great location for us since we could easily walk back and forth between the event and our accommodation. Phil was really nice and accommodating, and picked us up in the city center when we arrived by bus. Initially we had misunderstood the amenities listed and thought that there was pots, pans and a stove top in the kitchenette, but Phil was kind enough to offer us to use his kitchen (although we never needed it because the weekend was so busy that we never had time to cook). We wished we could've stayed longer because this AirBnB was really nice! So cozy, Phil was so friendly and kind and the area was very peaceful and relaxing - something we would've wanted to take advantage of more. Really recommend staying here!

A great place to stay in easy walking distance to the beach. Has everything you need to prepare simple meals and lots of cupboard space. We would definitely choose this place again.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-located. Check-in was smooth. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We were in the area for an event at Baypark Stadium in the Mount and got more than we bargained for by booking here, would have happily stayed at the accommodation the whole time. So pretty and peaceful, had more than we needed and the breakfast was such a lovely treat.

This stay was booked for my parents birthday present. I found communication with Jackie great, it was clear and quick responses. My parents said “It is a nice quiet and comfortable setting. Well resourced with everything you need. Nice and clean. The owners and son were very helpful.

We were so lucky that Hayley’s place was available. It was located near the Redwood Reserve, which was convenient for us as tourists. The place was quaint and perfect for our needs. I loved the water pressure in the shower lol it was such a pleasure to stay here!

Had a wonderful stay at David's bach. Close to the beach and easy walk to restaurants and cafés. the Bach was clean and perfect for a weekend get away. Would definitely stay again!

We had the most comfortable of stays at Tui Glen. No other word than perfect can sum up our stay and interaction with Glendyr. It suited our needs to see relations in the area and to reach easily all our activities. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending a stay here. From hot tub, to swimming pool to bikes available for use, all was way beyond our expectations. Just wish we could have had more time available to use the amenities but we were busy visiting tourist attractions and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay Glendyr you have a gorgeous home and the photos do not do it justice. The accommodation is far bigger than we expected. Brilliant 🤩 stay Annette Martin Claire .

What amazing hosts and a fantastic place to stay. One of my favourite places to stay within Airbnb. Pristine, spacious, light and bright. Such a cleverly designed space with everything you could have wanted, and a good continental breakfast with nespresso thrown in. Peaceful and serene spot, beautiful view. Clean and tidy property, clear communication with easy to follow instructions. Description was very accurate. Would highly recommend and would book to stay here for future trips :)

My partner and I stayed here for a night and it was truly wonderful. We will have to come back soon! Very cosy and homely — Heating and an electric blanket so nice in a winter stay. Close to town and was easy to find. We loved the art & decor too. Highly recommend staying here :)

Ann was so kind and accepted my last minute booking request, after I decided to hike out a day early from the Tongariro Northern Circuit due to bad weather. It was just the cozy place I needed - and oh did I sleep well! It was so nice and quiet. I would describe Ann's as a "peaceful retreat", and would encourage you to stay a few nights! Ann and her daughter warmly welcomed me, took the time to show me around, and we're just lovely to chat to. The little cottage was just the right size, private, and in the most gorgeous setting. I was kindly offered a late check out, and had the weather not been so sunny I would have happily stayed there all day! Some people are meant to host - Ann is one of those people 😊 I look forward to coming back someday in the future!
