What sets this unique apartment apart the most: The incomparably beautiful view, both from the spacious balcony over Franconian Switzerland, as well as from the pergola in front of the entrance door over the festival and university city of Bayreuth. The apartment was completely renovated in 2015. A high-quality branded kitchen was newly installed in 2018. Location: Central yet in the countryside, with perfect connections (city bus) and free parking. The apartment is on the top 18th floor (penthouse feeling).
