Monthly Rentals in Bayswater

Recently stayed at Babel's home and we were very happy. Babel is an incredible communicator and responds quickly. The location is excellent as it's only about 10 minutes from the airport/ DFO if you enjoy shopping and of course Costco. We had a peaceful, quiet, lovely stay and would definitely book again in the future. :)

Great location, home owner was super responsive and easy to talk too. Quick walk to Bayswater train station and the Tavern.

Van's place was a perfect mix of privacy & accessibility: we were isolated enough to not be disturbed by passers-by or traffic, yet could easily access services and shops within walking distance. Even if you did not drive, the nearby Transperth station is within 5-10 minute walk to bring you all over Perth. The gated compound provided added safety and security. Van took time to point us towards halal food options around her place, much appreciated. Van was very responsive throughout out stay: check-in arrangement was a breeze, she remained contactable throughout our stay, and facilitated the check-out very smoothly. She's a great cook too, evidence from the sumptuous dinner she prepared for us! Van's place is definitely a recommended venue for all families when you are in Perth. We look forward to returning the next time we return to Perth!
