The incredibly generous owners graciously allowed us to get married here, and it was an absolute dream come true. The home itself is stunning — beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Every room felt warm and welcoming, and the views from every window were like something out of a postcard. The owners went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. They were always quick to respond, incredibly kind, and made us feel truly cared for from beginning to end. The lake was pure magic — we experienced the best trout fishing of our lives from the beautiful canoe! We’ll never forget our time here. If you book this place, it’ll be the best stay of your life!

A breathtaking lake‑view retreat—truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived at this beautiful Grand Lake house, we were in awe! The property is spotless and wonderfully decorated, with spacious rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Waking up to that stunning lake view and enjoying our coffee on the deck was absolutely magical. Our host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive—everything from check-in instructions to local recommendations (hikes, restaurants, boat rentals) was super helpful and made our stay seamless. We loved the personal touches like cozy blankets, clear house instructions, and the little welcome treat upon arrival. The location is perfect—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from Grand Lake town. We spent our afternoons kayaking on the lake and evenings watching the sunset—it was pure relaxation. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Grand Lake and can’t wait to come back!

The Farm House was amazing!! Beautiful place - Exactly as pictured and described. Preston was a wonderful host and we were greeted with such a thoughtful welcome basket. The place was pristine and the surrounding mountains and the little mountain lake made for a peaceful and relaxing time. Preston has kayaks for the lake and a ton of local recommendations. He was very responsive to all of my questions. The house was amazingly furnished and decorated - All appliances are top of the line. Preston left nothing to chance and he also made certain we had plenty of coffee and teas with multiple ways to prepare them! If you are looking for serene atmosphere, a relaxing location and just outside Denver in the mountains - Then The Farm House should be your destination!! Thank you Preston for a wonderful stay!!

It was beautiful! Very quiet area, perfect place to relax for a weekend. The home had a lot of fun extras like the hot tub and canoe. Shakti was very communicative and friendly.

The appliances all worked. The Kitchen was well equipped with knives silverware dishes cups and tools. The hot tub was excess easy to use. The bathrooms are a bit dated but functional. The location is two minutes from grocery store and two ski shops very nearby. Several restaurants near the Grocery Store and the gas grill worked perfectly. Views are beautiful. Driveway is not paved. Jason was an excellent host easy to work with.

This was our first time using an Airbnb and it was a great place to stay. There were four of us staying here. This was in the basement of a home, but it was very comfortable and felt private. The bed was comfy and there were many basic amenities which was very much appreciated. There were games for entertainment and a television with an over abundance of channels. The steps however were a little steep, which made it somewhat hard for my 80 yr old husband to use. Barbara has done a wonderful job in setting up this little apartment. Definitely worth the money for the stay. Thank you Barbara!

Beautiful, clean cabin. Loved the quick walk to the lake. Hot tub and grill were great, kitchen is full of anything you need. Very, very clean. Loft area was nice for extra space. Will rent again. Very quiet and dark at night, peaceful. Restaurant and spa walking distance and great food and services. Close to RMNP and the peak to peak scenic byway, which were amazing and close to downtown Estes which was very fun.

We had an absolute blast at Cindy's place! She let us borrow all kinds of water toys (paddleboards, kayaks, lifejackets) and was always very quick to respond to our questions. All seven of us fit comfortably and the views are amazing! The walk to the water was quick and we really enjoyed seeing all the wildlife.

This place is amazing!! My family and I really loved staying here. The house was very clean and spacious. The hosts were wonderful. They had great communication. They left detailed instructions which made checking in and out very easy. The hosts have created a wonderful and relaxing environment for their guests. The house is just minutes away from downtown Breckenridge which was very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here! We definitely want to come back next summer.

Our stay at Solstice was an unforgettable mountain escape—equal parts luxurious and welcoming. The home was beautifully designed with every amenity we could think of, from plush beds and a fully stocked kitchen to cozy fireplaces and a private hot tub with breathtaking views. We especially enjoyed hiking the extensive trail systems right from the property, with epic views around every turn. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the hospitality from Tina and her team was top-notch—responsive, gracious, and truly heartfelt. If you’re looking for a peaceful, upscale Colorado retreat that feels like a true home away from home, this is it.

Maddie’s place was such a lovely way for my family to spend our holiday. It was a nice drive up and easy to find. The views from the house were great! We got a powdering of snow every day without there being too much snow. The hot tub was super nice! Getting to enjoy both the winter weather and a soak. The house had everything we could need and we need a lot as a family of 6. Also great for dogs! There is a designated area for your dog to run around. Oh the lake is RIGHT THERE! We want to return in the summer to enjoy it during the warmer months. There is SO much more I could say about this house. I highly recommend to families. Maddie herself was also very accommodating and friendly.

Andi’s place was great. Across the street from the lake and close to DT for food and drinks. As an ABnB host myself, I look for the small touches that make a place feel like a home and they were all there. Will definitely stay there again if anywhere close to Lyons in the future!

Excellent unit. One of the rare listings where it's as nice in person as it is in photos. Very new, comfortable bed, separate AC in both living room and bedroom. In a quiet neighborhood but close to the city, and easy street parking. I would recommend bringing your own bath amenities, as the provided ones are a bit uncertain. The walk in closet (containing washer/dryer) is locked but can be unlocked upon request. Otherwise, no complaints, would highly recommend!

The home was outstanding, we all loved it!! 6 adults and 2 small children, we had a great time. The home was clean and George was a wonderful host. This was our first stay in Grand Lake and really enjoyed it, we bought our week pass to Rocky Mountain National Park and drove in each night about 7 and saw lots of wildlife. George made the entire process great, stayed in contact and answered any questions we had. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great location and very quiet neighborhood. Place was very well maintained and clean. Very comfortable and very accessible to downtown, Big Thompson, and many amenities. Strongly recommend for couples or groups up to four. GREAT STAY!
