In Buis, discover buildings that are several hundred years old nestled in the middle of 15 hectares of woods and orchards. The luxury of this place lies in the quality of the environment, the space to feel at home. The buildings are surrounded by lawns, woods and orchards, which guarantee calm but even more so because we manage this operation ourselves without any treatment products, without fertilizers, without glyphosate. Booking for 2 people, an optional extra bed (€30/night).

We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

This cottage, completely renovated in 2022, is located within a character property, wooded and in a quiet environment. It is built on the ramparts of the old fortress of the 14th century, not far from the main house which dates from the 18th century. For a relaxing stay in the countryside, ideal for families! Only 20 minutes from Le Mans and the 24-hour circuit, many walks are accessible nearby, in the forest, or in the beautiful villages nearby.

You want to rest in the fresh air far from the noise: our farmhouse, restored by us, meets your expectations. It is the starting point for hiking trails. We are located 20 minutes from the 24h circuit and the entrance to Le Mans. In 15 minutes you reach the European Horse Pole. 30 minutes away you are in the Alpes Mancelles and Perche. Your closest neighbors will be our animals: chickens, sheep and Galipette our donkey. Shops 10 minutes by car.

Quiet studio in the countryside, relaxing environment with animals, close to the village with shops (bakery, grocery store, bar, tobacco, newspapers….) Short-term rental only on weekends, minimum 2 nights.
