Vous pourrez bénéficier de la terrasse au bord de la rivière Hyrôme, partir en ballade en barque. Accès facile à de nombreux chemins de randonnée au coeur du vignoble. Proche de nombreux sites touristiques; visites de caves. Animaux de compagnie acceptés.

In Beaulieu-sur-Layon, we welcome you to our refurbished late 19th century gîte. In the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyards, 25 minutes' drive from Angers, you will find a suitable place for a bike stop (Loire à Vélo) or to discover the Anjou Noir by strolling through the vineyards or along an old railway adjoining the estate. Decorated it with Japanese furniture following our stay in Tokyo. We speak French, Dutch, English and Spanish.

Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

For work or leisure, come and enjoy this beautiful house in the middle of a characterful village. Located a few steps from the edge of the layon, this fully equipped house will be ideal whatever the type of your stay. Our house, renovated in 2023, is perfectly located between Angers and Cholet. You will be close to all shops: bakery, supermarket, delicatessen. There is also a doctor and an osteopath a few meters away.
