Really beautiful place! Tastefully decorated, very clean, functional with all comforts. The kitchen and bathrooms are more than equipped. Lots of small touches are present in all rooms to make us feel really at home. Communication with Sarah goes very well, she responds quickly to our messages and tries to satisfy us as best as possible. We recommend ++++ and we will come back.

The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and has charm, so you feel very comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and we had a very pleasant and entertaining evening. I would be very happy to stay there again. Michael has an excellent restaurant in the neighboring country, other restaurants and bars, a park, the train station and all shops are within walking distance.

Excellent cottage! A real time machine to the 70s while keeping modern comfort. 🤩 Lots of little touches from the hosts in almost every room (I won't say more to keep the surprise effect!), we really feel privileged. The welcome and the relationship are also impeccable, thank you to them. the children loved the playroom, the parents and grandparents too 😆 in short, an excellent place for those who want to experience an experiential stay!

Our 8-person travel group had a wonderful stay at Laurence and Olivier's. It offers various possibilities to avoid boredom even on rainy days. The kitchen is super equipped and offers many preparation options. The bedrooms were comfortably furnished. The beds were all very comfortable and we felt at home. The environment is versatile and the nature is beautiful. The photos are true. If we had any questions, we always got quick and helpful answers. We will be happy to come back :)

Very original, unique and charming cottage in a secluded but very quiet setting. Nothing is close, but everything is accessible (activities, services, rich shops within a maximum perimeter of 1 hour). No network but Wi-Fi available. No towel (as indicated) but all other amenities are there. The "bar activities" offered and the possibility of installing a barrel are a real plus of this accommodation renovated with taste and quality. Perfect for a weekend with friends. Martine is a responsive and adaptable host who knows how to convey her attachment to this place where she grew up through her justified requirements. Take care of this place and everything in it, it deserves it and you will enjoy it all the more while letting others discover it with as much pleasure as we do.

Very welcoming host, attentive, very good welcome. Gaëtan called us when we arrived at the accommodation. Very friendly. Always available. Very clean accommodation, smells very good and very spacious. The bedding is superb, the living room with the retro projector is really a real plus for a relaxing movie night. The spa is really the whole thing of this apartment. Thank you very much. I recommend!

We had a pleasant stay at Ariane's. We were visiting for a wedding and she was lovely to us. Even though our stay was brief, the house is really nice and functional. Ariane was able to adapt to our needs, and was very helpful following a car breakdown. Thanks again for everything.

We had an excellent stay in Charleville-Meziers. Remy’s apartment was located in the heart of town with many super bars and restaurants within a very short walk, as well as a couple of local museums celebrating the Ardennes and the poet Arthur Rimbaud. The apartment was very spacious, with a large lounge kitchen area, one bedroom with two beds and a spacious bathroom and separate toilet on the same floor, upstairs was the main bedroom with walk in shower and sink, we slept in the upstairs super king bed which was so comfortable and used the downstairs bedroom with walk in wardrobe as our changing room. Free parking was a 10min walk away, but we parked outside to drop our bags off and then moved the car. The apartment is on the top floor so be aware if doing stairs is a problem, although we were fine carrying our luggage up the once and down again at the end of our trip. If you’re traveling by train the station is only a 15min pleasant walk through town. A fantastic stay at The Duplex

It's a wow factor apartment with an amazing view of Hotel De Ville right out the window - especially beautiful at night. The apartment was on the 5th floor with an elevator with plenty of free street parking available at all times, no hassles there. The furnishings were new and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals at home easily. The bathroom was compact but practical and squeaky clean. The bed was super comfortable with room to hang and store clothing. A washing machine/dryer was in the unit as was and iron and ironing board. It was light and airy and smelt fresh and new each time you walked in. It's a great base to explore the surrounding areas and an easy 15 minute walk into the old town (Place Ducale) - plenty to do in the area. Geraldine was a super host, she greeted us and checked in on us during our stay, which was super nice of her. We were there on a Saturday so saw 5 weddings at the Hotel De Ville - very special.

Wonderful apartment right on the Maas, perfect for excursions by bike and car. In the small garden behind the house, you can enjoy breakfast and dinner in nature and watch the swallows hunt. Francis & Catherine's apartment is highly recommended.

I was very well received in a very friendly way in person by Thomas. He has always been available when needed between his professional activities. Very clean, very pleasant and bright studio with everything you need to have a great stay. Very comfortable bedding for good and sweet nights. I recommend this very well located accommodation at the gates of the avesnois to do plenty of beautiful walks without forgetting Avesnes where you have access on foot from the accommodation. I'd be happy to go back. Very nice place and Thomas is very friendly and conscientious.
