This large 75m2 apartment has a beautiful unobstructed view of the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. ​From the living room and bedroom, the view of the famous abbey varies depending on the tides, seasons and weather. ​The accommodation is located in the heart of a typical bay village, away from tourist flows but close to entertainment and restaurants. ​Ideal base for exploring the area, you will be 15 minutes from the official Mont-Saint-Michel car parks and 10 minutes from the first beaches.

The farm is located in the heart of the polders, facing Mont-Saint-Michel (variable view depending on the crops). Mont-Saint-Michel is a 6 km walk from the studio (about 1 hour 20 minutes walk). Visitor parking is 4 km away, with a free shuttle bus to reach the Mont. The path along the Couesnon is 2.6 km away. Please note: access is partly via a small, unlit country road.
