Wonderful property that is secluded but also has lots of space. The fire pit and hot tub were great for spending time outside, and it's super close to the national park.

The chalet was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The hot tub was amazing and we had everything we needed. Great place to relax or enjoy nearby activities. 100% recommend! Was not overly price and well worth what we payed for a relaxing weekend which was exactly what we was looking for. Michael was simple, kind, and gave directions that was easy to find the location of our destination. We will be back again. Thank you so much for a nice affordable well worth getaway!

This was a great stay that was right next to Hawks Nest State Park and within 10 minutes or so of the northern part of New River Gorge National Park. We prefer to cook our own food when we travel and this place had a nice little kitchen and charcoal grill. I would maybe suggest adding either an extra table inside or a picnic table outdoors just to have a bit more surface space for food prep but otherwise no complaints. The hot tub was very relaxing after lots of hiking. Hoping to return to the area and stay here again next year.

Our first stay here. We’ve been coming to Seebert/Hillsboro for years. We were pleased that the shower water was not iron. We enjoyed the clean hot tub, spacious living area, well stocked kitchen.

Kevin’s place was perfect for a weekend get away at the New River Gorge. His house is in perfect proximity to both Summerville lake and the national park. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The Bee Glade was an amazing stay and lots of fun with friends and family. The ping pong table was our favorite!

This is a truly special cabin. A perfect escape from everyday life. The setting is magical, with an open meadow bordered by a mountain stream. We spent our time lounging on the deck in the hot tub while snow fell around us. The night sky is so clear and I haven't seen so many stars in ages. The cabin itself is rustic, clean, and charming. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay! Joshua’s place was very clean and comfy. There were so many extras that made our stay so enjoyable. The firewood, ice maker, extra blankets. Comfy bed & sofa. We will definitely be back!!

Great place with everything we needed during our stay! It was a close drive to Summersville Lake Marina where we were able to rent a dock to keep our boat there! The lake was beautiful- we plan to return so we can see some of the things we missed this trip!

We drove in from Texas to visit with family from the Sissonville/Nitro area! We enjoyed just sitting on the porch & catching up. We did take a day to sight see at Hawks Nest & Bridge! The cabin had everything we needed for our little family get together! And the lighting bugs at night was something neat! Thanks for an awesome stay!!!

This was my first experience with air b&b or anything like it. Mark communicated every detail throughout the process. The house was beautiful and we were able to disconnect from life as a family. What an amazing experience. We love the area and will return!

David’s cabin was absolutely beautiful. We had an amazing stay over the weekend and it offered the perfect private and beautiful relaxation we needed. Plenty of amazing parks nearby too! Definitely would love to come back again!

What a comfortable three bedroom home with spotless bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. The WiFi was very adequate for streaming and our dog loved his own bed and fenced in yard. The best part is the quiet neighborhood close to a city park that connects to many of the trails within the national park. This is a great central location to explore the area. We had a great time!

The WV Hideout was absolutely perfect! Very clean and excellent location close to just about everything 👌 Our pups loved the fenced in yard ❤️ and the gated porch gave us peace of mind too when they were not playing in the fenced in area. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

We loved staying at the little cabin in the woods! It was a great getaway from civilization, and a great deal for the price as well! We only needed somewhere to crash for a night, but this place was amazing even just for the one night we had with it. It's not like a cabin at a campground where you have to bring your entire house. There is plenty of kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies, and even WiFi! All in all, we loved our stay here.

We had a very nice few days at Half-Pint. In spite of some bad weather it was still possible to get out and visit New River Gorge and the surrounding area from Tara's cabin. Beautiful location, cozy interior, and Tara's responsive hosting made for a very good trip.

The first thing we noticed upon entering Papaw’s cabin was the cleanliness and freshness of the cabin. The location was convenient to the NRG area yet also was a private retreat. We enjoyed the hot tub and stargazing. Thank you Kristi for being a great host.

Great location for exploring New River Gorge National Park. Loved the covered porch in the evening as we had lots of rain when we visited!

Kellie made our wedding anniversary and my daughter’s 16th birthday very special with personal gifts/cards. She went above and beyond to make the place perfect for our stay and made sure that we had a barbecue available to celebrate, just as we had requested. The place is as advertised and close to major attractions. Highly recommended for someone looking to visit New River Gorge.

Mornings on the deck with coffee and birdsong were a dream, and the quiet setting helped us both unwind completely. My dog loved roaming the property and soaking up the sun. I worked remotely during the week, and the reliable WiFi and calm atmosphere made it easy to focus—exactly the break I needed from the hustle of NYC. The kitchen had everything I needed, the bed was super comfortable, and every detail felt intentional. Matt, the host, was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Truly pet-friendly and incredibly peaceful, this cabin is a hidden gem. If you're looking to recharge, slow down, and enjoy nature with your dog, this is the spot. I’m already planning my next stay—thank you, Matt, for such a wonderful experience!

This place was perfect for our trip to a festival. Our stay was nice and the amenities made everything much more relaxing after long days put in the heat. It was close enough to both the fairgrounds and the lake to enjoy ourselves during the day. Tia was a wonderful host and when the door locked late after the show she was super responsive and helpful for us to get in at such a late hour. Would absolutely recommend this place for the future.

Great little cabin! It was well stoked with towels, kitchen staples, and games. There were two fans along with a/c which kept temps pleasant. The beds were comfortable. It was the perfect setup and matched my needs. Thank you!
