Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Welkom in ons sfeervolle gastenverblijf in Malden, gelegen in de nabijheid van diverse bos- en natuurgebieden zoals de Mookerheide, Hatertse Vennen, Kraaijenbergse Plassen en het Reichswald. Centrum Nijmegen is ongveer 15 minuten rijden. Een bushalte met directe busverbinding naar Station Nijmegen en Radboudumc ligt op 75 meter van onze woning. Diverse voorzieningen, zoals supermarkt en horeca, zijn op loopafstand. Thermen Berendonck bevindt zich op 14 minuten rijden.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of a village with 762 inhabitants. The landscape invites you to beautiful hikes and cycling tours. If you want a little more action, e.g. for the little ones, you are very well taken care of in the nearby Kernwasserwunderland. The cities of Kleve and Emmerich with a very nice Rhine promenade are very easy to reach on foot in 1 hour or by bike in 0.5 hours.

Great for relaxing, swimming, fishing, boating or just enjoying all the beautiful boats that pass by on the water. The cottage has 2 bedrooms overlooking the Maas and has all the comforts. The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.
