The apartment is located on the ground floor of a cozy freely located house and there is its own parking space by the house Bed linens and towels are included. Cleaning is not included and the apartment is expected to be returned in the same condition as upon arrival. Cleaning can be purchased by appointment for DKK 300, - Possibility to charge an electric car with 11 kW or car charger.

For our family, it's more than just a house. It's a warm, loving, and casual hug. A free space from everyday life and the speed of city life. Here we can knock out with our arms, feel the sand between your toes, hear waves in our ears 24/7, go swimming and hiking by the beach and in the woods. It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy, and reflect. We've had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the grounds. It is ultra centrally located (still quiet) & in a very nice and safe neighborhood (Frederiksbjerg)with a lot of cafés, specialty stores & flea-/green markets & parks. - Free bikes (2) to borrow, just let me know before you arrive - Double bed for 2 (160 cm), if more than 2 visitors it will be at a good air mattress in the living room.

The place is 20 minutes car ride, 30 minutes bus or tram and 45 minutes bikeride from central Aarhus.
