The vacation rental is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It has an unobstructed view to the south into the Havel region. On the first floor is a combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m² (431 sq. ft.). Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. It can accommodate 3 more people.

Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Fantastic attic apartment on the water with beautiful views of Tiefer See, Park Babelsberg and the UNESCO World Heritage Site located there. 140 m² with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and large terrace. 800 m to the famous Glienicke Bridge. 100 m to the nearest supermarket, 500 m to the nearest swimming area and only 10 minutes' walk to Potsdam city center/shopping street/Potsdam sights. By car, it is only 25 minutes to Berlin city. No events/bachelor parties.

Welcome to my small but very cozy and stylishly furnished vacation home in our village of approx. 300-inhabitant village of Ketzür in the state of Brandenburg. Ketzür is located on the north shore of Lake Beetzsee and has its own child-friendly beach. Nature lovers can hike through the beautiful countryside here, for example, to the crane observatory or also by bike on the Storchenradweg [Stork Cycling Trail]. A locked bicycle garage is available to my guests.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Our "Beachhouse" 86 m² bungalow is 60 meters from the Massowburg beach on Lake Beetzsee and right next to the regatta track. A quiet place to relax, surrounded by lots of nature and greenery. Lovingly decorated, clean and tidy in a light GDR flair make it so special. Shopping Beetzsseecenter and city center within walking distance, Greek restaurant next door, Storchenradweg for bike tours

The apartment with private entrance has been equipped to a high standard. Underfloor heating with oak floorboards, fireplace, high-quality bathroom amenities (tub + shower). The built-in kitchen with dishwasher is very well equipped and also has a Nespresso capsule machine. Spacious panoramic window and terrace facing southwest with views of the Trapenzel nature reserve invite you to relax. Enjoy the slowdown from everyday life - welcome to life!

Vacation home - Former barn idyllic in the countryside

Our converted barn is part of a former small estate near Brandenburg an der Havel. Idyllically located in a very small village, you can enjoy nature from here, take long walks through the forest or to the water. The house offers a cozy, bright and serene atmosphere. The large table for more than 12 people and the open kitchen-living room invite you to cook and linger. But seminars or yoga groups could also feel comfortable with us.

Apartment in Paretz with garden, 2 rooms.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.
