Accommodation in a village near Vilaine

Our house is an old cafe, renovated with green materials. On foot : grocery store, organic shop, tobacco bar. Unobstructed view of the countryside and the surrounding woods, close to the Vilaine river (2 km), the port and restaurant of Folleux (6 km), 20 minutes from the beaches, and 40 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan. This is our son's accommodation (currently in Quebec) with bathroom, dry toilet, cozy space to eat with fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Independent entrance and discreet terrace.

Our independent 40 m2 studio, on the ground floor at one end of our typical farmhouse, is located in the heart of the countryside, a few km from tourist sites (Rochefort-en-Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Moulin Neuf Leisure Center, La Gacilly, Île-aux-Pies, Branféré Zoo, Brocéliande, Vannes...), 35 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes from all amenities (food and craft shops, medical center, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farmers' markets).

The house can accommodate up to six people with three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor area with barbecue. La MAREUILLE est une maison écorénovée dans un ancien corps de ferme du XVIIIè. Chaleureuse et conviviale. A deux pas de la Roche-Bernard, son emplacement est idéal pour visiter la Vallée de la Vilaine, profiter de la campagne, forêt et des plages du Morbihan. Elle convient aux séjours de vacances et aux séjours professionnels (équipe en déplacement, télétravailleurs, shooting photo…). Elle s'adapte à la taille du groupe, de 2 à 12 personnes (+ 2 bébés).

Two bedrooms, each with a 140 bed and room for 2 more people (sofa bed in the living room: chapel ceiling). (10 euro extra/night for more than 5 people). Free baby kit. Night at 70 euro, minimum 2 nights +0.70 euro/tourist tax/adult. Cleaning not included (€20 extra if desired.) tranquility and change of scenery guaranteed.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
