The apartment is located in a dominant position on Lake Maggiore and the ancient village of Belgirate, located within a residence of only eight units, one of the few solutions with a swimming pool in the area (shared with a few and open from mid-June until the end of September). A few minutes' walk away, you'll find the lake and the village center, where you'll find all the main services: mini market, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy, and tobacco shop. Parking is available inside the residence.

A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

A stone house built at the end of the 18th century, whose restoration was completed in 2017, perfect for those looking for peace and tranquility, but also an ideal base to visit the Maggiore and Orta lakes and the Ossola, Formazza valleys and other places of cultural and naturalistic interest.

"... if they're not crazy, we don't want them...". We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.
