Dream Casa is a stunning property, truly a 5 star experience. We felt taken care of from the moment of booking. Excellent communication, the property management team was so helpful from securing us a golf cart to helping us book a snorkeling/boat day. (HIGHLY recommend Krishan’s suggestion of a day excursion with Victor and Dennis… an unforgettably amazing day!) The location simply cannot be beat. As far as we could see, there simply isn’t another property like it in the area. We had a golf cart and drove north several times, but you could easily walk to tons of shops, restaurants, and bars. The house and grounds are just beautiful, so spacious, and definitely has enough room for a pretty large group. We absolutely plan on returning with a larger group in the future.

I cannot recommend Tina's home highly enough. From booking to checkout, the process was easy and seamless. The home is gorgeous and has everything you need and more. The view cannot be beat. The pool was refreshing after a day out snorkeling or into town or to Caye Caulker. Eva, the house manager, virtually acts as a personal concierge - seeing to everything you could possibly need at the house, tons of contacts for snorkeling, fishing, massages (at the dock) and restaurants. She met us as we docked and was available throughout our stay to ensure a wonderful visit to Belize. As noted in the description, the house is a 25-minute golf cart ride on, at times, an unpaved dirt road. It can be bumpy but overall it's definitely worth it. The beds were comfy, the A/C was a dream, and we cooked a few meals there and found everything we needed. We hated to leave but are grateful for the hospitality and beautiful place to visit. If you're considering a San Pedro visit, this is the place!

The location turned out to be a bit farther than I had expected, especially when I was craving some food. I had hoped for easier access to the ocean, but unfortunately, that wasn't quite the case. The view was lovely, from the patio deck, although you could not dip your feet in or just lounge around the ocean. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the space. The bathroom seemed to be a self-cleaning toilet, but it didn't quite meet my standards, and I noticed some cobwebs and hair throughout the house. The dishes weren't clean either, so I had to wash them before I could use them. On a brighter note, my overall stay was enjoyable! Luis, the host, was incredibly accommodating and always ready to help with anything we needed. He was such a kind and pleasant person!

Very clean home with all comforts necessary for short or long stay. Brodies market is close for groceries. The security gate for car and gates for entrance doors was a nice feature for me as I traveled alone. The WiFi is strong, TV with plenty of options, good towels, linens and soap, shampoo. AC was cool and comfortable. Bed was comfy. I had no problems entering with provided codes and instructions. My one issue was the coffee maker had decided to quit on me - luckily I bring coffee and used the kettle to make my morning brews. The owner was attentive and if I would have complained she would have accommodated me. She was very responsive and kind. I do recommend the yellow bird house.

Truly a perfect little home, so comfy!! We loved our last night in Belize in Carolyns home. We walked to get ice cream and pizza and slept so well in the comfy beds. Thank you again!

Beautiful home with all the amenities needed. Great AC in every room. The views are breathtaking, windows everywhere. With that being said, outside noise is on the loud side. Especially on the weekend being right next to the split. If you are a light sleeper that could be an issue. Stephanie was the BEST! She was extremely helpful with arranging transportation to and from the airport. The meals at the hotel are delicious and at a great price. You can rent a golf cart if needed but we walked almost everywhere on the small island and didn't need one. Really enjoyed the stay and it is a true five star! The pictures don't lie, beautiful place! Would love to stay here again.

My husband and I, along with two family members got displaced because our flight came in late and we wouldn't make it to the boat to the island. We booked Mr. James last minute and I'm so glad we fell upon this place. very calm, beautiful yard, Ac works great and love all the amenities. Mr. James is super helpful, very respectable and very responsive. it was the best remedy after being delayed and spending all day in the airport. Definitely would be back to this peaceful yard.

Kelvin’s place is simply lovely - she is an extraordinarily communicative host who goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and connected to all of local amenities. We loved her well appointed and conveniently located place. Close to Secret Beach - highly recommend!

This was where we went on our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it!! The penthouse is beautiful. The outdoor sitting area is massive and so comfortable. Diana was so helpful. She made sure we had a way to easily get from Belize to Caye Caulker. There was a nice man with our name on the sign at the airport. once we took the water taxi to the island,another man was waiting to bring us to the room on a golf cart. The location was fabulous. it's on the edge of town. It was quiet but close to everything. Having access to the bicycles was very nice. We explored the whole island like that. Be sure to check out the stingrays at sunset at Iguana Inn and the tarpon are cool too! Sunrise there is spectacular at the room but even more so on the 2nd story deck by the pier. I would absolutely go back

Luz and Dale were amazing. Luz showed me all the hot spots and picked me up at the airport. Dale has a small store of apparel and sunglasses that I purchased from. They been there all their lives and definitely pointed me in the right direction. Thanks guys.

Thank you to Cecilia and her daughter Starlie! I wasn’t sure if I would make my flight. She was very responsive with my last minute booking. Cecilia and Starlie provided transportation to and from the CC airport. My room was just as listed. The pool was perfect to wind down. Staying at her place was like staying with a loving family member❤️ Her place is walkable, although bikes were available to rent. Take advantage of the roof top views and enjoy the hammock. As a solo traveler I felt safe at Seremei and on the island. I have absolutely no complaints and wouldn’t change a thing! As I told Cecilia on my departure, I’ll be back and will be booking her spot again.

I must stress that the place has high end Appliances. You can tell they didn’t rush building the place. I felt right at home. The place is very comfy, and if you don’t make a conscious effort to leave you might just spend your entire time in the apartment. It’s in a perfect location in town. Close to all the restaurants, supermarkets and ferry. Didn’t use my golf cart much cause I walked everywhere. You will need the golf cart if you are going to Secret Beach. It’s a 40-45 min drive. About 15 min drive to Truck Stop. I will definitely stay there again if I visit. Can’t say enough about this place. The host was always available with any questions I had about the area and things to do. She provided a list of restaurants to eat for bkfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks again for making me stay as relaxing an enjoyable.

Title: A Perfect Waterfront Getaway! I recently stayed at this beautiful waterfront condo and it exceeded all my expectations! The modern amenities made our stay incredibly comfortable, and the multiple pools overlooking the beach and ocean were absolutely heavenly. The resort features two fantastic restaurant options, both offering delicious meals with stunning views. We also indulged in the spa facilities, which were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day in the sun. The condo is impeccably maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of fresh towels provided. Additionally, the transportation to and from the airport was seamlessly arranged, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape. I can't wait to return!

This location requires a ferry to reach, but the location is peaceful and easy to navigate. Beautiful property that you will no doubt be able to just hangout and spend some relaxing time.

Great stay at Belize Budget Suites! The location is off the main road, making it peaceful while still accessible to town. The road can be busy and a bit smoggy, but the property itself is quiet and relaxing. If you’re driving, expect some dips at intersections for speed control, but you’ll get used to them quickly. The beach is across the street—just walk left past Banana’s. It’s a harder beach with a seawall, but nice for a morning stroll. For groceries, Caribbean Chicken has great prices on meats, and there are plenty of small shops along the way. Occasionally, you’ll hear some neighborhood dogs at night, but nothing too disruptive. A great option for a stay outside of town!

The staff at Diamante were excellent. Text communication prior to check in, transport to and from the airport, staff was working the property day and night by cleaning the pool and hot tub, gardening, and security on property at night. The service was excellent and easy. The location of the property is right on the beach, and next door to best restaurants, docks, Central Park, and piers used by the tour companies. Would highly recommend it!

We stayed for 8 days at Palm Life and loved it. The unit was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Brad and Mark, the hosts, where on property at the same time and were very friendly during our stay. They were always ready to help us out with anything (fixing my bike basket - lol) and extremely knowledgeable about the island. Venzie is also extremely helpful and responds very quickly if there are any issues. We have to say that we really enjoyed the communal upper palapa and is a wonderful place to enjoy spectacular views over a coffee or glass of wine. We have stayed in Caye Caulker 3 times and loved being on the north side. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Book it Now.

This is my second time staying at Hummingbird Island, like tge first I stated it was a great experience, the place was very clean and felt like home. Very spacious, rooms and very nice kitchen, if you have a family it's great because if you want to cook a meal, you are provided with everything you need. this place is close to town, great location, the swimming pool was a great addition, specially if you have kids, my son enjoyed it. I definitely recommend this place and I will be back definitely. And the manager was very nice and friendly, he helped with our languages, and with golf cart rental, you definitely need to rent a golf cart. Thank you Hummingbird Island, we had a great time . The place was perfect for us,heart of San Pedro, close to the airport. Kaitlynn, who is the go-to person, for all needs, is welcoming and kind. I did not necessarily need to contact Sunrise, but know she was available too. Kaitlynn helped set up our golf cart and was very accommodating for all questions and needs. The place was what we needed for our adventures on Ambergris. We will be back!

We loved Caye Caulker and this was a great base for us to explore! The rooftop space with the hammocks was exactly what was needed. Great views from the condo and easily walkable to anything you need while there.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay! It was super clean and comfortable and the resort itself is so peaceful and serene. During our stay none of the other casitas were booked so we felt we had an ideal amount of privacy. The one thing i’d say is that the casita has very sheer curtains that face the other casitas so if there had been other guests / families staying there i don’t think it would have been as private. Not a big deal but a potential consideration for travelers looking for more privacy. Also, i’d recommend arriving before sun down because the road to get to the casita is dark/remote. All in all would 1000% come back!

This condo was beautiful & had everything we needed. The beach was peaceful and private. The condo is about 20 minutes out of town by golf cart, so it was really nice having our own cart rental for our stay. There are some really nice restaurants nearby and Belize Pro Dive Shop will pick up on the nearest dock, which was really nice. Some other companies would not go that far south for pickup. We are from a mountain state and left some cookies out which attracted some sugar ants in the kitchen, so keep food in closed containers/bags or in the fridge. This area has more permanent residents, so it is very peaceful. If you want more of a night life scene (which we didn't) or don't want to rent a golf cart, I'd suggest staying closer to the center of town. There is a bar (Stax) right across the street. It was nice having a food option right there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed this spot!
