We had an amazing stay! The house was super clean, comfy, and had all the amenities we needed. Oliver is such a thoughtful host, very easy to communicate with and quick to help. He lives just behind the house, so when we needed the sofa bed, he brought it over right away. We were in town for the HITC Festival, and the location was perfect, really close to the Rose Bowl Stadium and not too far from to the city either.

No complaint. Beautiful space. Really felt at home. Thanks Craig for everything.

This is our second stay at Brian’s place, this time for a few weeks. The view and peaceful outdoors is spectacular and lush, and it was easy to feel at home in the cozy living spaces. Brian was again an awesome communicator and super kind!

Our stay was amazing. The house is a peaceful oasis, but only a few minutes walk away from amazing stores and restaurant. The house has so much charm and the backyard is just amazing. Denis was so responsive, friendly, and the house manual was one of the best I’ve seen! Perfect spot for a comfy, hip, and relaxing stay in LA.

We had a great time at Seans place! We enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, the comfy bed, the nice bathroom and cosy living room. The backyard was a great add-on!! It was super cute with the lights and great for a barbeque. We were also super happy about the beach Equipment and the steamer for our clothes. Sean was very helpful and always easy to reach. We definitely recommend his place!

This house is BEAUTIFUL. The backyard is gorgeous, the layout makes every bedroom quiet, the living room is cozy. The host is super responsive and flexible. We loved it!

Great stay in a clean and spacious home! The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the Metro station. The property comfortably accommodated our group with multiple rooms and bathrooms, and we especially appreciated the gated parking space. The house was impressively well-maintained and clean throughout. We loved the light coming in on three sides in the main kitchen and gathering area. Would recommend for groups looking for a well-located, clean, and spacious place to stay.

This Airbnb was one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The place was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The appliances were super fancy. We were worried about the area since east LA can be ghetto, but it was a family neighborhood with some old houses. We did not feel unsafe at all. I would definitely book it again in the future if back in town.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Casita. It was private easy to access and dog friendly. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive and friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend!! such a beautiful space would definitely stay here again.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

My family (including a 3yo and infant) and I had an excellent stay at Mylbra’s. The property was beautiful, serene and comfortable. We had everything we needed and at a central location for a long weekend. Mylbra was also so kind to my daughter who was fascinated by her beautiful garden.

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

This was our 1st Airbnb and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place was so nice and felt home-y. The host was so nice and responsive to all my questions during our stay. We hope to stay longer next year

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

House is located in such a quiet part of town and only a short commute to the beach/harbor/anything fun we wanted to do. The spa and pool were a perfect plus to our stay. I will definitely be coming back

I had a wonderful stay at this private suite! The space was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. It’s in a great location — just a short walk to plenty of restaurants and stores. Being so close to everything made the trip super convenient and relaxing. 20 mins from Long Beach and Redondo beach. Perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy the coast and good food. This is a great and no fuss location in South Downey, bordering Southgate. You are five to seven minutes from the city center, quick jump to the 105, 30 minutes from Redondo, 30 minutes from LA, 30 minutes from Disney, and quick jaunt to the beach. Parking is a little tricky. But Yolanda was accommodating.

Stay here with my bf for our Disneyland trip. This tiny home was just what we needed, a place close to Disney it was very clean with amenities, comfy private place to rest during the day and night with it’s own private bathroom, tv projector, microwave and fridge. My bf loved that it came with complimentary snacks and waters. I loved the check in and out time it was very convenient for our trip plus the bed was very comfy. The host was very lovely and communicative which made the stay easy and pleasurable they let us know of any usual disturbances ahead of time like parking hours or trash pick up noise which they provided earplugs in advance and although we didn’t use them it was nice to know we had them in hand. Home does not have a tv per description so I brought my tablet but upon arrival we saw it had a projector which we loved, it was easy to stream our phones. 10/10 would recommend and we hope to be able to stay again for any future Disney trips. Great location & gorgeous view! There was another couple staying so the hot tub area was shared, which is fine, but I did want to point that out. Still definitely highly recommend this place!

We want to sincerely thank Nills for an amazing stay! The loft was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The only small recommendation would be to bring your own detergent if you plan to do laundry during your stay. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown LA, with everything within walking distance. Nills was an outstanding host, always proactive and maintaining open communication with my partner and me. From guiding us to the unit, to providing a list of great local shops and restaurants, he was always available if we had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, Nills made our experience seamless and enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

everything was exactly how it was described and the way the pictures looked. we had a blast in pool, which had a water slide. close to various freeways so we were able to get to the places we planned convenient and easy. we have already talked about staying here again at the end of the summer.

Leslie was a great host and made sure everything was very clean, organized, and thought out. She was very responsive and helpful if I had any questions. The space itself was great and exactly what I was looking for. It had a comfortable backyard space, that is hard to find in the LA area. It is clear Leslie puts in a lot of effort to make her place stand out.
