Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Great communication as well.

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Alexandra really cared about it our family and made sure everything was convenient and smooth. Traveling with little kids to see family is tough so having someone like Alexandra was super helpful. Plus the place is a gem! It’s close to everything, inside is very clean and has everything you need. The beds were super comfortable!!

Loved Jonathan's spot. Clean, modern, and easy to get to. Free garage parking was a bonus. Will rent again from Jonathan for sure!

Tina was an amazing host, very friendly and communicative well and prompt. Everything was above and beyond. Clean and exactly as described and better. Perfect location with options for parking.

We had a fantastic stay! The neighborhood is vibrant and full of charm. Tons of amazing, affordable food options just minutes away, and it’s surprisingly close to downtown LA. One of the best parts? It’s also near the metro, which is a rare and super convenient perk in this city. Daniel and Rachel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to explore LA with ease!

I stayed at this Airbnb for my little sister’s graduation, and it honestly couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. cozy casita is perfect for a peaceful and private home , feels like home away from home lots of blankets and towels cleaning supplies toilet paper kitchen Fully stock so you can have a nice dinner. I would recommend this place and I would come back💜

Absolutely perfect stay!!! Loved the cleanliness and privacy of the room. The room was nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. Hosts were amazing and always responsive. Also loved that there were 2 laundry rooms provided. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing trip! Steven was a great host, very responsive and welcoming. The property was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family getaway. One of the biggest highlights was the backyard. There was plenty of space for the kids to run around and play, which was a huge plus for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Hectors place was as described and met my needs as I stayed with my dogs. The only drawback was out of Hector’s control. The neighbors were noisy throughout both nights and had bad dog etiquette regarding the shared backyard fence.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!
