Weaver's Cottage National park

CharlieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had an extremely relaxing and peaceful time at Isobel's property. It is a remote location (which suited us) but beautiful scenery and there was tons of wildlife around - we loved the rabbits roaming the fields all around. We still found plenty of things to do in the vicinity like walks, castles, lochs and you can even get to the coast in an hour. Lovely place, would highly recommend!

The White House - Corgarff, Scotland

JamesRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
What an amazing place, situated in stunning picturesque surroundings. The house's location in quite remote and very quite with us not seeing another person whilst at the property. The house is stunning with alot of character and charm. A modern kichen with all the appliances and utensils you could need, spacious recently renovated bathrooms, comfy beds with good quality bedding and towels and the large garden and play equipment were a hit with the kids. I would highly recommend this place.

Had a fantastic stay at Paul’s cabin, high up on a hill overlooking the Glen, we could see dear grazing down below. Extremely peaceful the outside bath and fire set the scene. We had a whisky tour at Cardhu which wasn’t far away also highly recommended. 10/10 recommend this stay.

The cabin couldn’t have been more relaxing! Exactly what we needed after a long travel to start our trip. We were able to relax and unwind with the outdoor bath and fire pit and the chilled champagne and breakfast basket were perfect on arrival! Thanks to Mandy for giving us the best recommendation on a local golf course, Murrayshall was gorgeous and challenging! Thanks for this little gem Alice we hope to be back!

Luxury self-catering log cabin at Assich Zen Lodge

HollyRating, 5 stars1 day ago
This place is a gem! After 12 days of non-stop travel, we scheduled a down day at this beautiful location to relax and unwind and boy did we hit the jackpot. The location is serene and beautiful and we were lucky to get some great weather. It was exactly what we needed...we never left the property and cooked dinner and had a night in to recharge. Stephen thought of everything down to the spices in the kitchen. The hot tub was perfectly hot for us after dinner and we fell asleep in the comfortable bed early and slept for nearly 9 hours! I wish we could have stayed longer!

The Edge - Amazing 140-foot" Cliff Top Views

DianeRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Wow! The photos looked amazing when we booked but nothing prepares you for the reality of just how beautiful the views are from the property. The house itself was terrific - it was spotless throughout and had everything you could ask for, it really felt like a home away from home. The gardens were beautiful and well thought out and the hot tub was placed exactly right to take in the views. Dave greeted us and gave us some local recommendation’s, both Lynsay and Dave were lovely and so helpful. I couldn’t fault The Edge and will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The Garden House at Old Semeil, Strathdon

CorienRating, 5 stars1 day ago
The Garden House is a beautiful hidden place surrounded by a wild, colourful garden. We loved to sit outside and enjoy the smells of numerous flowers and the sounds of birds and insects. The house itself was more spacious than I had expected. Taking a bath after a day of hiking was a treat.

Bogancloch Treehouse

Jake's place is one of the most authentic, true back to earth places you will ever visit. Jake is a lovely charming man with great stories and great local knowledge, and without a doubt the most hospitable host I have ever had the pleasure to meet - even sharing fresh herbs and vegetables from his garden and supplies from his own home. the site is off grid so no electricity but this is the last thing you'll worry about when your out there, the most glorious scenery in Britain and the most peaceful, private area to enjoy the beautiful views, smells and sounds campfires, birdsong, companionship and much much more - the area surrounding is plentiful with beautiful abandoned and active castles, houses, distillerys aswell as endless amazing little villages and towns, taint pubs/cafes/restaurants and shops and sights a plenty. 500 stars out of 5 couldn't reccomend this more, you must experience this, honestly, trust me.
