Château Stables with Truffle Orchard

In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

Ideally located with magnificent views of the Loire from the balcony, the apartment is close to the restaurants and bars of Place Saint Pierre as well as its Saturday morning market and the "La Loire à Vélo" route. Comfortable and carefully decorated on the second floor of a small condominium, it is ideal for a weekend getaway or for a longer stay, whether for business or vacation. L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.

This five-bedroom house located in the heart of a winegrowers' village will offer you all the comforts you need to enjoy a few days with family or friends. The cottage was awarded the title of "4-star furnished tourist accommodation" after inspection by the approved services. Please note that we wanted to make this stay accessible to people with reduced mobility, the equipment is adapted.
