Holiday rentals with breakfast in Bellevue

Excellent location, beautiful views, and private. Exactly as pictured and described on Airbnb (which in my experience, is atypical). The house was well stocked, and especially appreciated the Peet’s coffee! A bonus was getting to see Ian’s nature-art-photography on every wall. Ian could not have been more helpful and responsive. We look forward to staying at this gem again. Thank you, Ian.

We loved our stay in Joseph's place and Gig Harbor. The home is beautiful, the surroundings are peaceful, the beds are very comfortable, and the local restraunts are wonderful. We would have happily stayed all summer if we could have.

Visiting from Bay Area California. This is a cute home very close to point defiance park trails, zoo and aquarium. I was in town to visit friends in Olympia and Seattle. This was the perfect location for me to be away from the busyness of the city and between both locations. Safe private parking and enjoyed my coffee in the yard in the mornings, TV in the evening and it was nice having a kitchen to prep small meals for myself. Comforts of home life instead of cramped hotel.

We loved staying here. It had everything we needed along with lovely views from the bedrooms. The neighborhood is gorgeous with easy walking to local shops, pub and a big grocery store. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole place was very clean. It was a pleasure communicating with Stephanie and spending time at the house.

We stayed here for a week after moving to Seattle and Matt and Holly were great hosts! The space is cozy and has everything you need. We really appreciated having a full kitchen. There were quite a few spiders in the bathroom, so be mindful of that if you’re afraid. The only thing is recommend is getting a slightly longer shower curtain so that water doesn’t get into the floor. Other than that, we had a great stay! Hosts were responsive and helpful and we’d stay here again in the future.

Our host was considerate and generous. She had the refrigerator and cabinet stock with snacks and things for us to eat for breakfast. Well above and beyond what was expected. The house was spotless. The location is a lot of fun. It’s across from Seattle in a very relaxed area. We had gorgeous views of Seattle and it only took minutes to take the water taxi into Seattle. We really enjoyed it.

I had a nice time at Stephanie’s place, it was my first time in Seattle so I was quite nervous but it was great to have a peaceful hideaway where I could get quiet and rest whenever I needed it. It was a beautiful neighborhood. I loved the travel book collection in the sitting room and was so thrilled to have a bath tub as soon as I many airbnbs don’t have that when you have a basement stay. So that was great. Stephanie was really responsive too and helped me and even offered to get me ice cream when I wasn’t feeling well which was lovely of her.

We had a wonderful time at Shawn's place! It's calm, clean, and conveniently located near everything. We recommend it.

Alex's place was ideal for our five-day stay in Seattle. It is located near the freeway, yet in a quiet neighborhood with a secluded feel. It is close to restaurants and parks, and it's an easy drive downtown. The garden apartment is clean and very comfortable, with a shared laundry facility and MANY great amenities. (Frankly, more than I have seen in almost any other Airbnb, and we are frequency travelers.) We did a lot of hiking in the area and made good use of the wide array of great snacks. The bed is a comfortable king, also something that's hard to find in smaller Seattle homes. We appreciated the attention to details, comfortable sitting area with a large TV, slippers, robes and throws. Though we went through a heat advisory while there, the apartment was cool and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the potted herb garden at the entrance, and easy check-in/out experience. We just went there to sleep and shower but it was very nice very very clean the shower was nice the bed was very comfortable It was quiet, peaceful I felt right to sleep. Slept through the night and the shower was good. Nice hot water. Good luck with the little tricky. It was fine. It was everything that he described.

This renovated basement was absolutely beautiful. Loved the nice shower, living room, dining table, a large pantry with washer/dryer, new appliances, nice heaters, etc. Very nicely done! The master bedroom was lovely. It would be nice to have a bed or a daybed in the second room, rather than a sofa that became a bed--not comfortable. The living room sofa was nice to sleep on though. The pots/pans were a bit old to cook with, which surprised me, but they did the trick. Patrick and co-hosts were very responsive. When the coffee was out, they sent a whole box over immediately! The location was a bit north of Seattle downtown and was the perfect location for day trips north, south, east or west. I highly recommend this lovely place to anyone!

It's our third time staying with Diana and Karin in their lovely Wallingford neighborhood home. I can't emphasize enough the convenience of location, amenities and local recommendations provided, and quick response time from our hosts. We absolutely love exploring Seattle's best through the comfort of a home away from home. I'll always recommend to stay here to enjoy Seattle and can't wait to book through them again soon! 😊

Janice’s place was amazing! The view was beautiful, we only wished it rained a little less so we could sit outside and enjoy it. Her home was incredibly clean and had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen had all of the necessary cooking supplies - pots, pants, plates, utensils, etc. she also left some homemade granola and cookies for us- so delicious, thank you, Janice! There were extra blankets and an easy-to-use heating system for each room. Fast hot water! Bainbridge has a dial-a-ride sort of bus system, and the closest spot they could pick us up was at the top of the hill- about a five minute uphill walk. Something to keep in mind if you plan to use public transportation. It’s about a 10 minute drive to town. Driveway was a tad narrow with other vehicles to navigate around, so if you plan to bring more than one car or have a larger vehicle it might be a good idea to give Janice a heads up. I have a Honda CRV and was able to park just fine with ample room. We would stay again!

Saffy and Jeff were just so wonderfully friendly. I felt incredibly welcome and so relaxed in their home. It was delightful to spend time each morning chatting with them over coffee. Everything else was ideal for a stay, lovely bedroom, clean large restroom always available, easy parking and walking distance to a restaurant (Sully's) with an epic view of the Puget Sound.

Amazing stay at this gem. What a great, authentic BnB style. Loved all of the food provided, Storyville coffee was to die for, and extremely comfortable stay. Would definitely come here again.

Catherine was great! Despite us being late, she still was helpful and really kind. We really enjoyed all the accommodations, snacks, amenities, etc. She was great and the place was awesome.

We loved our stay at this townhouse! We arrived late after an international flight to find cozy comfy beds, a clean spacious kitchen and a great place to sit down and chat with each other. Not to mention the coffee machine stocked with pods! And the hosts’ incredible friendliness and willingness to make it a great stay for us. We loved exploring the Queen Anne neighborhood and enjoyed an easy walk down to lake union park. The townhouse is tucked away in a nice quiet street and it was easy to get to downtown and also to Ballard for the farmers market. We would totally stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kathryn’s B&B. The breakfast both days we were there was excellent. It was very quiet and peaceful and a great location for us. Kathryn was very responsive to our needs, friendly and welcoming.

Lisa and Ed were fabulous hosts, very welcoming and gracious. The breakfast that was provided was above and beyond anything we expected. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and we were provided with all the amenities we might need. The location is peaceful and quiet but close to restaurants and stores. We will definitely be returning the next time we are in the area, can’t thank them enough for their hospitality.
