Townhouse holiday rentals in Bellevue

We had a great stay at Amir & Amy’s place. It was an extremely convenient location as we have family living in the neighborhood. We have stayed in other units in the area and this one was the best with plenty of space, a clean & well-apportioned kitchen, and comfortable & quiet bedrooms. One point to note: there are two long stairways…one from ground level to the kitchen/living and then from there to the bedroom level. Good handrails and not an issue unless stairs are a concern for you. The area is awesome for walking. We wandered through the nearby streets, admiring the pretty gardens, and houses. Phinney Ridge is a short distance east, although a steep climb. There you can find many food & drink choices, as well as Ken’s Market for groceries. In summary, this is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and easy access to the rest of the Seattle’s fine sights, activities and entertainment.

My family and I had a lovely stay here. The townhouse was just as expected. Parking is not ideal and streets are tight, but that is typical of the location. The house is walkable to many restaurants and a local grocery store. We were given clear instructions on parking, entering the house and checking out. Thank you for a great stay!

Ruby's place was in a great location with everything so close. It has peaceful and beautiful views of the city and mountains. It looked just like the pictures described and felt clean. It was a short drive to everywhere you want to visit in the city. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. The only thing I would have loved was maybe one more TV in one of the rooms to wind down after all of the exploring. We had the kids hogging the TV with cartoons our entire stay. The other thing would be maybe some blinds or curtain on the front door for privacy at night. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place.

We would definitely come here again. This townhome is perfectly situated and beautifully decorated. So clean and walkable to a grocery, many restaurants, public gardens, and nightlife. We are so glad we chose this one for our first visit to Seattle.

Lovely close views of the Space needle, downtown Seattle, Mt Rainier, and the water, from your own private rooftop deck? What is not to love. We were blown away. Catherine and Daniel's home was private, updated, clean, beds were super comfortable, and home was spacious. Entrance to the home is lined with beautiful flowers and equally beautiful view of the water. I was a little concerned with the four floors and a crawling baby but we made it work easily. Hosts responded and were proactive with any question. We had a plumbing issue upon arrival and they showed up while we were at dinner to fix. We loved coming back home to this space and enjoyed the 3rd and 4th floors (kitchen, living, rooftop) the most. The first floor, two bedrooms, was a little out of the way so we just put the kids there to sleep and didn't spend much time there at all.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dora’s home! The couch and the bed were very comfortable and the home felt brand new! It was very quiet and everything was very clean. We did not run into any problems parking. This was a great place to stay and we would stay again! Thank you, Dora!!

We have been coming to the UW area for 5 years, ever since our daughter applied back in 2020. This was the best place we’ve stayed and I only wish we’d known about it sooner before she graduated this weekend! Clean, beautiful, spacious, great location… far enough away from any rowdy student activity, but close enough to feel part of the active campus life. Absolutely perfect for visiting families and parents. And a 2 minute walk to the Bagel Shop every morning! Ryan was extremely kind and responsive. I’d give this place more than 5 stars if I could!

We couldn't have picked a better place for our vacation. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Having a parking space was important - but because the house was just a 3-minute walk to the light rail station, there were days we didn't use our car. Great neighborhood, central to a lot of different parts of Seattle. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit to Seattle.

Alan’s place is spectacular! The home is beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Mornings and evenings on the private roof deck, with its stunning views, were priceless. There is a generous parking space, which easily accommodated our minivan, in the alley right behind the house; this is a key, special feature in this city. Alan’s instructions were particularly detailed and clear, and he was extremely responsive and helpful. This was an A+ airbnb experience.

We had a great stay in John's townhome in Beacon Heights. His place was spacious, clean and easy to get to in a very walkable neighborhood. John was a great responsive host who made us feel at home.

Vin's AirBnb was a wonderful experience. The rooms and living spaces were accurate to the pictures and descriptions in the posting. We enjoyed the rooftop views and the hot tub in the back patio. All rooms were comfortable and spacious for our group. Location was about 15 min from downtown Seattle and allowed us to avoid the freeways throughout our time in the city. There was a market a short drive away from the listing to round up provisions and ample dishware to accommodate the 5 of us. Ambient noise was not an issue - the neighborhood is far enough away from Sea-Tac's flight patterns to make "outside noise" essentially a non-issue. Very much appreciate Vin hosting us last weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alan’s space! Spent a few days in Seattle with my parents and this was a great location. Easy to find street parking every time we came back, and conveniently located near several grocery stores. The Airbnb was also close enough to the city center, which made driving to different attractions pretty simple (Chihuly was only like 20 ish mins). The space itself was extremely clean, well furnished, and stocked with everything we needed (cutlery, plates, mugs, etc). The space is on a corner, so some traffic noise can be heard, but earplugs are provided and overall wasn’t too loud - just something to be mindful of. If you’re looking for a spot a bit outside of the city, would definitely recommend this location.

My husband and I came to West Seattle for a wedding in the neighborhood. This location was exceptional for us. Steven's place was just perfect for us. Loved the minimalist feel and the very nice details in bedding, accessories, and decorating. Great kitchen. I had a couple questions through our stay and Steven was available and responsive. Of note for some. Lots of steps. 21 to main floor. 17 to second floor.

We had a great time staying here. The house looks just like the photos and was updated and stocked with the basics.

We stayed here before our show at Neumos and absolutely loved it. The condo was super clean, modern, and felt brand new. Perfect location—quiet but right in the heart of Capitol Hill with easy access to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay for a short weekend in Seattle. It was easy to find and it's located in a quiet neighborhood. I had to park a bit away, but not terribly far (definitely drop your luggage off before you park if there's no open spaces near it). There is a big projector screen in the bedroom which I really enjoyed at night.

It's a cool place in a great part of Fremont. Bars and restraurants on the block. Easy walk down Fremont to all the main areas. The house itself had tons of great features and things to make you feel at home. Seriously. It's a well thought through airbnb. We loved it. Would easily stay there again.

We were in Seattle for Daughters wedding. Leigha and Jasons townhome was perfect for our "home base". The rooftop deck was SUCH A NICE RETREAT during out stay; we spent lots of nights watching the planes line up to land. Superb view of Mt. Ranier (when clouds cooperated). very happy with EVERYTHING, and all the extra touches provided!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect! Very comfortable for our party of seven! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, including Pike Market. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Would definitely love to stay here again when visiting the area!

Kathleen’s home in Ballard was amazing!! We are so happy we chose to stay here. We loved everything about our stay. It was so clean. The home had everything we needed and more. The view from the rooftop was amazing! The location for vacationing to Seattle was just perfect. Ballard was so walkable and felt so safe. We rented a car and had no problem finding parking on the street. We had an easy time driving around the city and beyond exploring the Seattle area! 10/10 for our entire stay!! Thank you for hosting us and we would absolutely stay here again if we travel to Seattle!

Great location, accessible to bus transit to downtown Seattle, and walking to Ballard’s restaurants, downtown, grocery, and farmers market! Great space, lots of room! Be aware that the bedroom is on the 3rd floor (for carrying suitcase up the stairs). Jay is super responsive!
