Flexible arrival time 50 m2 apartment located in a small village at the gates of the Avesnois, Jenlain. On the Valenciennes/Maubeuge axis. The apartment is in the heart of the village, you will have access to all amenities on foot: bakery, butcher, restaurants, greengrocer. To access the accommodation, you will need to climb a staircase The apartment includes: a bedroom, a dining room equipped with a sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with: dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator.

Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

Located on the site of an old mill in a 2.5-hectare park crossed by the river "La petite Honnelles", the Cottage Sous le Cerisier will allow you to recharge your batteries with complete peace of mind. Around the pond, you can watch, quietly seated by the water, dragonflies, kingfishers, water chickens... If the weather is not great, our cottage will be the perfect place to rest in peace in a cozy and soothing cocoon

The small house

Located 500 m from the D649 road and at the entrance to the Avesnois Regional Park, the accommodation offers all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. You will be 5 minutes from Maubeuge, 20 minutes from Mons and Valenciennes, 45 minutes from Lille, and 1 hour from Brussels. A parking space is available in front of the property, and there is also the option to store bicycles in our garage.
