New three-room vacation home (about 120 square meters) with a newly built independent beachfront entrance, located in the Ser Luca Calabaia district, a stone's throw from the Lungomare di Belvedere Marittimo (Cs). Incredible location 10 meters from the sea that makes the view beautiful. The property offers immediate access to the wide, very quiet and uncrowded beach in front of the property, which also offers the services of a beach club. The beach and the seabed are sandy, the sea is not immediately deep.
