Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

"L'Etage" is a large studio classified as "Furnished Tourist Accommodation" located at the entrance of the Quiberon Peninsula near beaches, surf spots, kite spots and sites of interest (Megaliths, Ria, Wild Coast, Great Dune Site, GR34...). A small wooden house with its quiet garden, in the heart of an organic vegetable farm, Ideally located for hikes, admiring the sunken paths, woods, pretty meadows and streams or simply recharging your batteries. It is an invitation to disconnect and return to nature. From the south-facing terrace with barbecue, dining table, garden furniture… you can observe the hill, the forest in front of you and let the songs of birds lull you.

Around a very "Breton" atmosphere, and a site still preserved, you will find here the comfort that will allow you to recharge your batteries thanks to the calm of the site, lulled by the sound of the water a few meters away.
