Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bembridge

We had a fantastic week staying at this property with our family group of 11 plus two dogs. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs - spacious, stylish and very well thought out for hosting a larger group. We especially appreciated the open plan kitchen/ dining/ living space which made our family meals and evenings together really enjoyable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The welcome pack was an added bonus. The beds were all comfy and the showers good - always plenty of hot water for all of us. One of us has an electric car and it was a great convenience to be able to charge it up overnight on the driveway at the property, another reason for booking this house. We enjoyed spending time in the garden - plenty of seating there. The property was in a great location in the lovely village of Seaview being only 5 minutes walk to the beach. There were also wonderful views of the Solent from the back bedrooms. Highly recommend.

The location was fantastic. Seaview is a lovely, pretty and very quiet area. The walk to Ryde was delightful. The property was spacious and the interior decor was tasteful. We were blessed with amazing weather and the sea and beach was clean and a delight to swim in. 15th to 20th June was surprisingly quiet which suited us perfectly. The IOW festival started on 19th and we were told that there were few non festival visitors due to the higher accommodation costs and ferry crossing costs. Not sure if this is correct but we would choose this time of year again for the quietness of beaches and towns

This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The peaceful setting, steps from a beautiful beach, where horses are exercised along the shore in the morning and you can hear the gentle shush of the waves at night, is perfect. The house is finished to a high standard, fully equipped and 3 rooms have en suites, which is seldom a given. Fresh flowers awaited our arrival, and heralded the start of a super relaxing five days - walking the coastal path, chatting to the locals, eating in the local pub and hotel. Still feeling very laid back after our trip - also seldom a given. Thanks, Sophie - can't wait to return.

We had a great time staying here for our family celebration. The house and garden are well equipped. Good location, especially for evening walks to see amazing sunsets. Sarah was so helpful accommodating our requests and recommending local places to eat. This is such a good starting point for visits around the island.

Wonderful stay in a secluded and tranquil location. Slept like a log with the windows open during one of the hottest weeks of the year (so far). The only sounds to be heard were the local wildlife. Absolute bliss. My only regret is that we didn’t heed Georgina’s restaurant recommendations sooner stopping off for breakfast on our last day at the excellent farm shop, Harvey Browns.

We have just come home from our second stay at Wishing Well. As before, it’s spotlessly clean. An open airy lounge, diner and kitchen greet you on the first floor with lovely countryside views and on the ground floor you will find two beautiful en-suite bedrooms with very comfy beds. Brilliantly located with Appley beach just a five minute drive away. Isle of Wight distillery is just next door offering the delicious mermaid gin and a small but really good menu. Nicola and Penny are wonderful hosts and very proactive when answering messages nothing is too much trouble. We love returning here and are already booked in again for two weeks later in the year.

We have been going to Seaview for the last 30 years. This rental was definitely in our top 5 over the years.

I had such a lovely stay at this charming home by the Southsea coast! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the seafront, with easy access to the pier, local cafes, and beautiful coastal walks. The house itself was cosy, clean, and beautifully styled, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the little garden out back was perfect for a morning coffee or evening wine. Communication with Steph was excellent from start to finish—they were friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze.

Terry (and Alex’s) AirBnB was incredible! it was the perfect place to stay on the south side of the UK and gave us a great experience outside of London (our main destination). the property and surrounding area is beautiful, and the room itself was clean and nice. both the hosts were super communicative and let us drop off our bags early so we could go explore! they also were super helpful with instructions on how to navigate the area and also gave us some great recommendations! if you want a beautiful spot away from it all, this is the place!

Stunning! We had a fab few days here and it’s even better than the photos. Walking in and seeing the view takes your breath away. As well as the stunning view the location is great, v central for town, beach, bus, walks, amazing swims and great eateries. When we were there the road next to accom is blocked by rockfall. It meant the road was lovely and quiet(!) but does make it a longer /hilly walk into town. Wasn’t a problem at all but worth knowing in advance. David was a great communicator, flexible and everything you need to know is in the handy welcome guide. Would love to stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great location which is why I booked it ! Very clean and some nice touches with welcome drink and chocolate. Toiletries supplied as well as dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Very pleased with this accommodation.

The apartment was immaculate with a sensational view out to sea which is amazing for sunsets and watching the world go by. Jo was tremendous making sure we had everything we needed and was really responsive.

Lovely apartment. Everything we needed. Comfortable. Loved the balcony as it gave an unhindered outlook to the bay, which we love and have visited for many years. Daughter and family in flat below so gave us a lovely family holiday. Lovely Sunday lunch at the Albion though need to make sure you have the Sunday roast menu which they forgot to give us!! An absolute Gem if you want on the seafront right on the beach and pier this is your place. You can sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by on the beach. It’s perfect family apartment. The apartment was immaculate

We liked here very much! Place was clean, Creydi helped us with clear instructions, many recommendations and quick responses. The location is right on point, very close to the beach but also in the heart of the city-party! We also enjoyed a smooth, flexible check-in. Highly recommend, especially that they opened another room nearby, in the same pretty style!

Bright, spacious and comfortable apartment which was perfect for my partner and I and our little doggie. Fab shower and comfortable bed with fresh linen and towels. Ideal location for a short stroll into Cowes town centre and all the fantastic restaurants. We had no trouble checking in - really clear and easy instructions and we also had no trouble finding free street parking. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to IOW - thank you Kim!

Great location to get to lots of various locations, we visited New Forest, Southampton, Portsmouth and walked down to the shingle beach, which was only a ten minute walk! Lovely and clean place, small but not tiny, just enough room for two adults and two small dogs. Everything was a thoughtful touch, from kitchen wear to comfort. Would definitely stay again if I was ever visiting the same area. Jackie was super helpful and very friendly, which is always a bonus. The surrounding area is residential and also partly industrial but noise level was low, which we appreciated. Plenty of space to park your car and close to the train station.

Finn has chosen stylish furniture and decor for this very well equipped holiday home. The photos show all the rooms accurately but the balcony actually has far more comfortable furniture than the photos show., making it a super place to sit and view the coastline. Due to the bay windows , this flat has more far reaching views than other seafront properties we have stayed in. Also, Finn is an attentive host, on hand to solve any issues that may arise. We thoroughly recommend.

Great view over the river, apartment was very clean, modern and secure with keypad entry. Easy walk to restaurants and Spar supermarket nearby. Secure car park, parking space numbers are on the ground with slightly weird numbering system. Excellent entry instructions from the host, just read them properly. It does make the apartment very secure. Definitely a great choice to stay in Southampton.

We had a great few days not long enough lots of lovey walks as we have to dogs who loved the beach. The flat was outstanding every thing you needed was there and spotless. We will be going back hopeful for longer next time . I would like to thank Rob for letting us take our two dogs and for a lovely welcome. Neil and Sandra Smith

Great location on the picturesque Military Road. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms; clean and well equipped kitchen. Tranquil place and good feature of video game for teenagers and non. Next time we will try the free sauna!

Having lived in Portsmouth previously, we wanted a nice home near the sea front. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and easily accessible. The parking and the garden are an extra bonus for dog owners and people travelling by car. Jane was super easy to reach before and during the stay. Overall, we had a great time!

Robert's place was absolutely perfect for a weekend in southsea. The area of southsea its self is so lovely and probably the nicest location around. The place was perfect with a massive communal Open kitchen and a big front room, great for friends and families to hang out. The bedrooms were actually nicer than the pictures. The garden was great and they had lots of indoor and outdoor games which was good to entertain my niece. The front bedroom was a little loud with the road until about 10pm, but after that it was fine. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/ cutlery/ cleaning products etc. Perfect place to stay!

Fionas place was a wonderful find. Perfect for a couple, roomy and in a perfect location. On street, unrestricted parking. Will certainly be back.
