This place, when I deal with it as a historical piece, you will live in a paradise . You captured me the exact details of the stature of the space .. the door handles the bathroom door in the room the bed in the room .. The light sound that some floors make when moving .. All the details are accurate but wonderful . It was clear that the modernization process that took place in the house made sure not to erase those delicate and important details.. Sonia was a wonderful, proactive and incredibly nice host. The location of the house is so beautiful in the center of the old city.. I will go back to this dwelling again .. I am grateful for all the beautiful moments I spent there

Top value in Bad Tolz, ideally located to all the shops and restaurants you would want to visit. The apartment is so well located that you are spoiled for choice. Finding the apartment was easy and check in was a breeze. Parking was so convenient, directly outside the door! The apartment was clean and everything smelled so nice and clean, like fresh laundry and fresh air. The apartment was exactly as described and has everything you would want for a few days stay — dishes, linens, washer and dryer, dish washer, even surround sound. Alexandra was a great host, very quick to respond and gave very clear instructions, including photos of the door and where to park. Great stay, highly recommended!

We had a great stay at the apartment. Nothing was missing, everything you need was available. The apartment is just like in the photos. Modern and loving, but practically furnished. Very clean. Easy check-in. Very nice and uncomplicated landlord. Absolutely recommended! We will definitely come back!

Angelika is a great host. We felt comfortable from the first minute and everything was just perfect. In the beautiful apartment in the middle of nature, there were small touches everywhere, such as fresh flowers on the table, sweets, fresh eggs, even a Hugo with mint and lime!!! Great holiday with my family! The location is perfect to teach both the lakes and Munich. Well connected to main area both by train and by car, in a very quiet place. The apartment is large and the host Sandra was very kind and supportive in every moment.

Spent a wonderful week at Martina's. The apartment is located in a very quiet side street, about 10 min (walk) from the Brauneck Bergstadion, is very clean and lovingly furnished with everything you need. Vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, kettle, etc. all available. We had the apartment on the ground floor, which even had a small garden with sun loungers. So everything was perfect and we'd love to come back.

I was able to enjoy my trip thanks to the really friendly host and the accommodation that was more beautiful and comfortable than the photos. The host didn't miss any issues and resolved them, and the accommodation was conveniently located near the bus stop, so I had a comfortable stay every day. If I come back to Garmisch, I definitely want to come to this accommodation. It was a really pretty, comfortable, and cozy... It was a very, very nice, picture-perfect house.🥰

We had a really fantastic stay. The photos can hardly do justice to the wonderful accommodation. Wolfgang and Andrea's interaction with us as guests makes the whole thing perfect. Absolute top class! We have rarely felt so comfortable anywhere else.

Sofia's accommodation is ideal for cycling excursions in the area. In some cases, it is also possible to drive back to Tutzing by public transport from further distant destinations. Sofia had many tips for things to do for us, but also restaurants and shopping. Her apartment is very nicely designed, there is a lot of reading, also guidebooks and maps about the area. Since the weather was not so good, we did not meet Sofia as a passionate gardener in the garden every day, she was very attentive and always had time for a conversation. We can explicitly recommend staying with Sofia and may come back again in better weather to enjoy really blue and white sky and distant view.

This apartment was great to be in. Two large good rooms, which was perfect as we traveled with small children. Incidentally, the area is incredibly beautiful, and we really enjoyed being there.

Wonderful location with easy access to public transportation. Very spacious, private and clean. There is a market nearby which makes it super convenient for all your needs. Note: bring your own bathroom amenities and if you plan on spending a day at the lake, especially in the summer, bring your own beach towels or blanket. NOTE: the GAP card you are given works for all the local buses. We were not told until the end of our trip so we were paying for all the bus rides unnecessarily. Also I'm still not clear why but when we arrived there was a bill for a "city tax" got $18 Euros. I have never been billed a city tax for an Airbnb.

Brilliant place, great host

She is a Super Host. Brilliant place if the family is travelling but for sure one should have their own vehicle else it would be difficult.

We had a great week in Stephanie's apartment. As a young family with a baby under one year old, we felt completely comfortable from the very first moment. Stephanie was super friendly, always approachable and very communicative – you can tell that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The apartment corresponded 100% to the description – and the pictures absolutely keep what they promise. It is one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever been to: stylishly furnished, very clean and with a magnificent mountain panorama from every window. The location is also ideal – central enough to reach everything on foot: supermarkets for weekly shopping, cable cars and hiking trails start nearby, and in the evening there are many nice restaurants in the area that invite you to linger. We can fully recommend the accommodation – even for families with small children – and are already thinking about coming back next year.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We came back here because we liked it so much the first time. The accommodation is very cozy, and the host is very friendly, and does her best to give you a pleasant stay. There is also plenty to do and see in the beautiful surroundings.

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was really there, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool were particularly good.
