Mediterranean escape - No extras - 10m to beach

Hello everyone! We invite you to spend some relaxing time in our charming Ibizan style house with sea motives where we hope you will forget about the daily routine and stressful times. Our guesthouse has 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room-dining room and two bedrooms: 1 double, and the other one, can be adapted according to your needs; double, 2 singles or bunk-beds. Outside you have outdoor furniture to chill out while reading a book, drinking a gin and tonic or eating a meal with your loved ones. Dont´t forget you can use our barbacue and enjoy fresh eggs just laid by our 3 chickens. Please note that we also have a cot and a high-chair available. If you are going to need them, please let us know. Once you are here the options are endless. If you are into sunbathing your days away, this is the place. We are sorrounded by Blue flag beaches less than a ten-minute-walk from the house. In high season you can practise free tai chi and yoga every day, use the library facilites or go to the weekly movies on the beach. For the keen cyclists a trip to the nature reserve of el Desierto de las Palmas is a must, or to cycle along the green way to Oropesa del Mar. In this town you will find Marina 'Or. Other activities avaiblable are: horse riding, hill walking, golf, water sports or to go sight seeing to places as charming as Morella, Villafamés, or Peñíscola, among many others. There is no doubt the summer is a busy time in the area. Many festivals take place in the area. In Benicassim: the reknown FIB (12 al 15 julio), Rothotom (17-24 agosto), Classic guitar festival(30 agosto - 6 septiembre), the lnternational Magdalena festival every year in March, San Juan in June, etc. Our house is situated in a residential area of the sea district of Castellón, el Grao, and at the beginning of the seaside area of Benicassim. This is a quiet area and in a couple of minutes by foot you will be in the seaside zone with restaurants, beach bars, supermarket, etc. Public transport is available near by and within few minutes you can arrive to the heart of Benicassim or to the nearest city, Castellón. In Castellón or Benicassim you can catch trains to anywhere in Spain, Valencia not to be missed and it´s only 1 hour away by train. Castellón is located 278 kms from Barcelona, 76 kms from Valencia and 268 from Alicante. Please note that we have a number of bicycles to be used at your own leisure, ranging in sizes. This is an undiscovered area of Spain by mainstream tourists which has lots to offer and where you could, no doubt, recharge your batteries. Free pick up from airport, train and bus depot, if possible, We are waiting for you. What are you waiting for?

Relájate y desconecta en este alojamiento tranquilo y elegante. Apartamento de 90m diseñado para que disfrutes de tus vacaciones, en un ambiente relajado con todo lo necesario para que solo tengas que preocuparte de traer tus cosas personales. Su ubicación te permite desconectar del coche ya que podrás ir a pie hacer las compras, disfrutar de las terrazas de moda, restaurantes, heladerías etc...o sencillamente disfrutar de su terraza frente al mar, paseo marítimo y carril bici. Muy recomendable.

Apartamento en primera línea de Benicasim, playa el Torreon. Totalmente reformado, con unas vistas espectaculares a la playa. Esta situado en la octava planta. Un lugar muy fresco y agradable. Parada del bus muy cerca. Paseo a la puerta del edificio, con muchos restaurantes y una playa genial. Situado en un sitio peatonal y cerca del pueblo. Zona perfecta para niños. El apartamento dispone de wifi, y aparcamiento. Y piscina comunitaria, pista de tenis y un parque para niños. Además de servicios.

Precioso apartamento a 100 metros de la playa (Voramar) Con dos habitaciones dobles con armarios empotrados. 1 baño, 1 aseo y cocina súper equipada. El salón tiene televisión plana, dvd, Apple TV, home pod ,wifi ,aire acondicionado y estufa. La terraza con vistas al mar y a la montaña tiene 15 m2. Plaza de garaje subterránea con acceso directo desde la vivienda(Ver foto) El complejo tiene pista de tenis, piscina adultos y piscina infantil. Supermercados a menos de tres minutos y restaurantes.

Ático enfrente del mar y a 15min del pueblo andando. Preciosas vistas al mar y a la montaña. Amplia terraza (35m) con zona de sofás y una gran mesa para disfrutar de largas sobremesas y desayunos con calma. Zona muy tranquila. Great apartment in a building with elevator, two swimming pools (lifeguard), two tennis courts, children's play area and large green areas. Fixed parking space that will avoid parking problems. Fine sandy beach 50 meters away. Nearby restaurants open all year. Bus stops to the center of Benicassim and Castellón very close to the urbanization. No more than 4 guests except babies. No smokers, no pets. Great discounts for stays of 15 days.
