Wonderful quiet place to stay. Very relaxing. Modern apartment. Small quiet area with just a few shops and restaurants nearby. Supermarket and airport are just a short, cheap bus ride away. Beautiful place, lovely views from the balcony but the construction next door can be noisy during the day.

We stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was perfect in many ways.... location, peaceful, restaurants, bars, tram, bus to airport nearby, shortwalk to high street shops and very close to amazing Mercat Central d'Alacant. Everything that you might need was considered and available in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful. The temperature control and fan in bedroom worked well to keep us cool. We really enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation is located on Calpe's main street, in a very atmospheric area and close to the beach. The house is very nice, it is decorated with very good taste and well cared for. Its terrace is huge, ideal for summer, and has a fan and air conditioning. As for the contact with Virginia, excellent, at all times she was concerned with explaining everything to us, adapting schedules and resolving any doubts. You've been a great host. When we go to Calpe, we will definitely repeat.

The property was very clean and easy to find, with clear and helpful instructions provided. Check-in was incredibly flexible, which made the whole arrival process stress-free. The hostess was absolutely lovely—warm, welcoming, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. A genuinely great experience from start to finish and so peaceful!

It is a highly recommended apartment. It's as if you were in a hotel but with a casa particular. We had a really nice time. The pool is fantastic.

very flexible and accommodating

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we particularly loved the balcony space. The facilities in the building were first class and we used the indoor pool every day. Swim caps are required but can be bought for €3 at the desk. Views are incredible and it was only a 30 minute walk to the old town. A taxi home was only €7 and a 5 minute drive. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and shops nearby. All the staff were friendly and the gated security entrance gave you a nice feeling of security. We are already thinking of booking for next year as it is the most relaxed we have felt in recent holidays.

Beautiful apartment with a nice balcony. Even though it was December, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a long-term stay. We stayed 2 weeks and it was lovely. The beach is just a couple of blocks down the street. The walk to Benidorm Old Town takes about an hour, but there are busses that run frequently and the bus stop is very close. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. The only negative is that there is a karaoke bar below the apartment. Luckily, it was off season and they were only open a couple of nights, but it was very loud and they are open until 1:00 a.m. Other than that, the apartment is amazing and Angelika is a fantastic host.

The photos don't do it justice, it's a very spacious apartment with spectacular views. It also feels a lot of privacy. When you arrive, you find that you have everything in place, it's like being at home, you don't need to bring almost anything. For us, the most important thing is the cleanliness and this apartment met our expectations, we felt very comfortable since we arrived. Cathy is always attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. We would come back without thinking!

A nice surprise this place. In the heart of Alicante Easy access The entrance to the building and the common areas are in the air of time, the New York lobby The basement with its laundry/dryer area remains very convenient especially when traveling a baby like me. As for the accommodation, it is very modern well arranged. All baby amenities are present, a real plus (crib, high chair and bathtub) Beautiful window doors, beautiful volumes Neither too small nor too big Everything was new, clean and functional which is rare to find especially in Alicante (center) Bed is comfy The spacious and convenient bathroom (even for people with reduced mobility) the shower head in the toilet. The cherry is the place, everything is nearby, very hectic street during the day and in the evening we completely forget that we are in the center. Thanks to Dmitry who was kind and responsive. We visited the penthouse over Christmas and when we say the place is amazing, we all meant it. All the amenities both on site and in the apartment were brilliant they really have thought of everything. As a group of 5 it met all our needs and we would give this property 5* and recommend to anyone. You are 15/20 mins to Alicante or Santa Pola or 45 mins from Benidorm by car. There is a stunning nature reserve at the back of the apartment. Loads of walking places if you enjoy it and make sure to visit Viewbar for a drink or afternoon snack or pop up the hill to Gran Alacant for the best cafe in town and to experience the platform over the edge of the cliff.

Had a wonderful, relaxing time! We stayed here for five days and it was amazing! The view, the tranquility, the swimming pool, everything was perfect. We really enjoyed every minute. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by an incredibly sweet hostess, and upon departure, we were waved off just as warmly. It was exactly what we needed to clear our heads and recover from the busy life in the Netherlands. Thank you very much for the hospitality. You are absolutely recommended and we will definitely come back!

Beautiful place, we loved how relaxing the apartment and surroundings were. We absolutely wish we got a car, as the property is relatively rural. Would 100% go again, thank you!
