Holiday rentals with lake access in Benidorm

Really enjoyable house and surroundings! Very clean house with good equipments, enough dishes, good towels etc. Air conditioning was good. The beach was very near and we really enjoyed the walks in the natural park in the neigbourhoods! Easy location, with car or by bus. Anton was very informative and helpful, it was very easy to communicate with him! Everything was as described in the airbnb pages. Thank you so much!

We were very happy with the stay. The house was clean, scented, decorated to the last details. It's equipped with everything you need for your stay. Located in a very quiet area. The terrace has a wonderful view of the airport, the sea and the city of Alicante. The owners Angel and Lina are very nice people who have a heart in the right place. They're helpful. They've been accommodating in everything. There was no problem communicating with them. They made us feel at home. We will definitely come back to this place again.

We had a fantastic week, we didn't lack anything in the house, very close to Villajoyosa and the village of Orxeta itself. Very quiet area and comfortable house with very comfortable beds, the truth is as if you were at home. The pool plays a lot and you are luxurious on the porch. you would miss a repasito outside and a fenced to the entire estate for everything else great, to return

A very nice house, it had everything you needed, close to the tram that connects you to all the islands, Paul was very attentive to any concerns.

A great quiet place not far away from the locl restaurants. You'll need a flashlight or cellphone light for the walk to the beach area

Albufereta is a lovely peaceful resort, amazing beach and great Tram service for travelling to other areas. 2 huge supermarkets, nice restaurants and cafes. Juan's apartment is fantastic with a huge balcony (very safe as enclosed by windows which you can open) looking directly onto the beach and sea. The apartment block, swimming pool, garden and tennis courts are immaculate and the apartment itself has everything you could possibly need and more. We were often the only people in the pool. It was perfect and we had a lovely holiday. Juan was great at communicating and was very flexible. Thanks Juan for letting us stay in your lovely home.

We had a great stay at Attila's place. The sea view is perfect, the weather was perfect beyond December/January expectations, we spent a lot of time on the terrace enjoying the view of the city and the sea. The amenities of the apartment are perfect, you feel at home. The kitchen is also very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. Thank you Attil for a pleasant Christmas holiday and welcoming the New Year to his apartment.

Just back from Sybille's beautiful apartment. Looks as it is shown in the pictures but is just so gorgeous when you open the door and see the views...Right on seafront with only a few steps to the beach. It is spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. I would highly recommend and Sybille was a pleasure to deal with. Carol Harding

We were very comfortable, next to the beach, the restaurants and everything very quiet to sleep, in the house there was everything, good mattress and good pillow, important thing, towels, blankets, etc... Everything in abundance, he even left us things in the kitchen like salt... Sugar... Teas, we did not use anything but we appreciate that it was there and the views... Great and a house with a lot of lighting, we had a wonderful time, highly recommended
