This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

Fantastic stay! We had an incredible time with the family. Ideal for going with children for the convenience of being literally right on the beach. A very nice, practical house with wonderful views. Everything is easy and simple with Manuela, very kind. We'll try to come back for sure!

The apartment was so immaculate and modern with lots of little quirks, the views are spectacular I didn't want to leave.

The apartment is perfect for a beach break. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the detail of the hairdryer with diffuser, bathroom products and detergent available to use the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, they have always been attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super nearby playita also that you can take a route through the villages in the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. Absolutely recommended!! Were immediately warmly welcomed and everything was explained. Super nice place where we immediately felt at home. Everything very clean and nicely designed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We even got tips on where to eat. Amenities were perfect. You have everything you need. The owner also got us snacks and drinks on arrival. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk to the beach and close to everything you could possibly need: restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and more. The apartment itself was spotless, very well-maintained, and offered a beautiful view. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, assisting us with anything we needed throughout our stay. The house is very nice, definitely worth it! A car is definitely an advantage, as it is located on a mountain, but you have fantastic views! Hugues responds quickly and clearly to messages and questions, that was great. Thanks Hugues

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. This designer house has a special charm! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the veranda, taking in the stunning views of the garden and the sea. We especially loved the seamless indoor-outdoor living—the connection to the garden and pool area made the entire space feel open and inviting. Even when sitting inside, it felt as we were still part of the outdoors. The host and staff truly enhanced our experience. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. A small issue with the sink was resolved within a few hours.

Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The view of the sea is stunning, and we really appreciated the pool area. The house was clean, well-equipped, and located in a private and peaceful area – just what we were looking for. Great communication with the host as well. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

I really enjoyed my stay. The views of the ocean are incredible!! What a joy to cook from the kitchen looking out over the ocean and then eat on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. The location is great to pop down for a morning swim or snorkel, go for a hike, or an evening stroll along the seafront. Communication was easy and friendly.

Amazing views from the balcony made the spot perfect for a relaxing morning and afternoon in the sun ☀️. While the location is roadside (back of apartment where bedrooms are) there is little noise from it to disturb you and the benefits of being high up on the top floor with far reaching views far outweigh any negatives. Walkable a few mins in both directions east and west are great restaurants and bars. Very relaxing beachside location and Moraira had all amenities you could need.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Well . Where do I start. First of all, Saleem is an amazing person. We stayed at his oasis during the black out - he gave us dinner because of the power outage and so much more. The pictures do NOT do not do it justice. It is paradise - it’s a huge amount of space with spectacular views ! I will be returning to Saleems paradise. Thank you for everything !!! Katie and crew!
