Excellent hosts, they were always on the lookout, the house was clean and as described and as is in the photos. They gave us many recommendations and directions to the places. Ray's place is in a great location, centrally located with great access to both ends of the island for exploring. Good bed and linens, no complaints! My Son likes the place and my wife wants to come back. Definitely would stay again on another adventure. The amazing gift 🎁 ray added the birthday decoration for my son. I should give you 10/5 stars but the max is 5. So you have 5 brother. Thank you

I wish I could leave a 10 star review . We had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay! Veronica’s home was AMAZINGGGGG !! The place was exactly as described , clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, not too far from the hotel Zone but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was friendly, attentive , and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated how responsive both Veronica and her husband Peter were throughout our stay . Definitely made my first experience out of the country worth wild !! And the rooftop pool? Definitely a great touch , it made our trip feel extra special !! I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

clean and nice place quiet area very comfortable

Gaby was amazing throughout our stay. She stayed in contact, answered our questions and went above and beyond when we needed something printing. The house is clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and three bathrooms. Gaby has gone out of her way to make you feel at home with extra special touches like a range of hats, sun lotion and insect spray, buckets and spades for the kids all available. The pool area is beautiful. We loved spending time out there and in the jacuzzi. The sign on the wall says that she is always happy to answer questions and this is really true. we loved our stay and would recommend it to everybody.

Excellent communication with Airam, the house is very nice, clean and easy to access everything. The area is very quiet. Feel free to stay in Casa Sol y Mar. 10/10

We booked Mami’s condo for a June girls trip and it was perfect for us! We used Resort Pass to buy day passes to a few all inclusives in the area. Having a clean condo with a beautiful view, a gym, a rooftop bar/pool in a gated community was such a nice alternative to being stuck at a super busy all inclusive for a week. The condo was such a nice, quiet space to land after a busy day at the beach or sitting poolside at a resort. We checked out the cenotes, Secrets at Isla Muljeres (this is a must do,) got massages and facials at the Waldorf Astoria, did some shopping and had an awesome time exploring good restaurants. Our only gripe was the front gate insists you keep a wrist band on your wrist the entire week and would sass us when we just attached them to our wallets. I understand security is important but wearing a plastic wristband for a week that you cant remove felt unnecessary. No fault of Mami’s, she is a perfect host and very communicative/helpful/kind! Book it!

We had a great time at this place, it was private, so we did not have any problems with other people. Yudith was pretty friendly and actively encouraged to help out.

We had a great stay, the accommodation is easy to access at any time of the day and night. You are in a real neighborhood of Cancun, far from tourism. 15 min walk from port. And 5 min from an OXXO and an excellent taco place that we recommend. It is located in front of the oxxo. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's excellent and inexpensive. The accommodation is impeccable, the host is always available, the pool has a superb view! I would recommned this property

Cesar and Claudia's Airbnb is highly recommended. The 28th market for souvenirs at a good price is CLOSE BY. Route 2 that takes you to the hotel area of Cancun is 2 streets away, one stop, and on the way back it leaves you at the corner of the Airbnb. There is a very CLOSE cafe restaurant with Gracia and the grandparents' house, my options, super delicious food. Very good place and central.

The place is perfect to relax, the beautiful stay, as at home literally, ideal for families or couples, in my case with my family we are fascinated, we recommend them 100%, the amenities within the complex, as well as the attentions and doubts that clarified my doubts, very nice to explain and recommend everything, we will 🙏🏽❤️ definitely look for them... thank you for making our experience of unforgettable accommodation

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Cancun Plaza! We had a wonderful time staying at Cancun Plaza! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sunrise views and natural lighting coming through from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area was well maintained and never too crowded. It really felt like a hidden gem in the Hotel Zone! If I had to mention one tiny drawback, it would be the water pressure in the shower—it was a bit low at times. But honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Side note: there is an elevator that goes up to the 6th floor then you’ll have to carry your luggage up and down two flights of stairs to the unit. Definitely got some exercise

Excellent place, as seen in the photos and described. Very accessible, close to beaches, supermarkets and gas station. I would stay at the place again if I return to Cancun. BONUS, inside the condominium there is a shop and it serves meals in case you do not want to leave the place, you will find everything right there. The host was always on the lookout for everything to go well.

I’ve stayed at Maria’s place three times already, and every time has been perfect. The apartment is very clean, bright, and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to all the little details that make a difference. Maria is a wonderful host: always available, attentive, and very kind. I especially appreciate the convenient and safe location — a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby: shops, cafes, and public transport. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

AWESOME! I thought it was a high price, but when you get to the place everything was worth it, everything was excellent, the pools, the place, everything was at your fingertips, if you cook on your trip you can enclose the smoke a little but when you turn on the bell it is solved. super recommended. If you want to relax it is the place.

the apartment is very nice (it matches 100% with the photographs), it has all the amenities that are required in a home, so we didn't have to worry about anything, other than enjoying ourselves. The pools are beautiful, clean and with the right temperature for swimming, in addition to having pleasant palapas for those who do not want to swim. And as for the attention received, it was very good, since they are always attentive to the needs and doubts that we have. They really make you feel right at home. Recommended in 100

An excellent stay, everything is very clean, pleasant, when the A/C arrived, it was already on, so the condo was super nice, access to public transport only a few steps away, entrance and exit, Miriam was always ready for us and communication was excellent.

Without a doubt Claudia has been the best Host in what I have been using the app, she is always attentive, the apartment does not need anything, she is very kind; I definitely recommend her and everything was in excellent condition. More Host like her. Thank you Claudia
