Very friendly communication and great place. I was on site for work and had everything I needed on site. Shopping is easy to reach on foot. Very pleasant stay and very nice through the small balcony.

The AirBnB had a good location, in 15 minutes you were at the train station and in 5 minutes by car at a shopping center. Everything was clean and tidy, the host was very sympathetic, helped us where she could, was always easily accessible and we were all very satisfied.

I spent 9 days in Memmingen for a family visit and hiking tours in the mountains. I felt very comfortable in the apartment with beautiful views over the rooftops. Due to the location to the yard and under the roof, the apartment is really very quiet, you get almost nothing from the neighbors. The balcony is big enough that you can also sit outside, and if the weather is warm enough, you can even have breakfast outside. The kitchen is generously furnished, and actually has everything you could ever need. Fortunately, I was only missing a filter coffee machine that Christoph thankfully brought me right away. Great service! If you are looking for a nice apartment for 1 to 2 people in a central city center location (it is a 3-minute walk to the marketplace, about 10 minutes to the train station) and maybe want to stay longer, Christoph is just right. I will definitely be happy to come back!
