For guests who want a night life, at the winter there are a few night bars and clubs at the town and during the summer there is a lot of festivals at the nearby places.Pazin is situated in the center of Istria so it's very nice position if you want to visit the ather towns like Porec,Rovinj,Pula,Motovun,Vrsar and the ather cityes .You will need with car 20 -30 minutes

House in the heart of Istria near the town of Pazin, Sveti Petar u Šumi. It covers 170m2 of space with 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and a summer kitchen where you can enjoy barbecuing. A large bedroom overlooking the pool and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms each with a bathroom. Each room has air conditioning as well as a TV-SAT. And upstairs you can enjoy and relax on the terrace.

The villa has a huge swimming pool of 36sqm, a jacuzzi for 5, and above everything there is a glass dome that heats the water and air above the water, protects from rain and wind, and also protects from UV rays. The pool water is heated by a heat pump. You don't have to worry about bad weather, the water temperature is pleasant for swimming in winter as well as the air around the pool. You have a sauna and a fireplace. Villa Julijud has an excellent view of the clear night sky with stars.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
