The 50 sqm apartment with separate entrance has a spacious kitchen-living room with south-facing views of the forest edge, mountains and lake, a bedroom and a bathroom. In about 10 to 20 minutes you can walk to the Bernried Nature Park and the lakeshore with numerous dreamy swimming coves. A private parking space is available on the property. For bicycles, there is storage space.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Direct S-Bahn connection (S7), 5 minutes' walk, 30 minutes' drive to Munich city center (main station/Marienplatz, Oktoberfest), A 95 connection. 8 km to Lake Starnberg, Garmisch can be reached in 45 minutes by car. Beer gardens and restaurants are easily accessible without a car.
