Your vacation, close to nature and authentic - in a great location A unique break in our Berga half-timbered house is waiting for you. Experience nature & relax: enjoy the most beautiful sides of Thuringia on the edge of a small village. The view of the fantastic landscape of the Thuringian forests makes every day of your vacation something special. What also distinguishes our house is our TOP location in the immediate vicinity of the Elster Pearl Trail, for hiking, mountain biking and paddling.

Huge attic apartment in the countryside

Vergiss deine Sorgen in dieser geräumigen, gemütlich eingerichteten Dachwohnung mit Blick auf Wald und Wiesen. Neben der komplett eingerichteten Küche gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Wanne, Waschmaschine und Gefriertruhe, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Klavier, einen Fernseher mit Blueray und eine Bücherecke. Desweiteren gibt es ein Arbeitszimmer (PC) mit kleinem Yogabereich und ein Wäschezimmer. Insgesamt finden 6 Menschen einen kuscheligen Schlafplatz. Es ist absolut ruhig und man kann sich gut erholen.

Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Nimm deine Familie & Freunde mit in meine Unterkunft - mit Platz für Spaß & Unterhaltung. Viele Zimmer stehen zur Verfügung, sowie ein großer Garten mit Slackline und Tischtennisplatte. Grill und Fahrräder gibt es auf Anfrage. Spiele für drinnen und draußen sind vorhanden. Parkplätze befinden sich vor der Tür. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Aktivitäten, wie Kletterpark, Talsperre, Bowlingbahn, Escape Room, … . Es ist alles da, um einen entspannten und unkomplizierten Urlaub genießen zu können.

Late Gothic house from 1519

Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.

Surrounded by meadows and forests, you can go for wonderful hikes or simply enjoy the tranquility. An ideal place to escape the ordinary and experience nature!

The new and lovingly furnished 61 m² apartment welcomes you in the heart of the Saale-Unstrut-Triasland Nature Park! Nature and exercise lovers can relax and find relaxation while hiking and cycling. In the warmer season, you can enjoy the wine region on the Weiße Elster. Whether solo adventurers or couples (with and without children) - everyone is welcome in our "little paradise"! The in-house infrared sauna is at your disposal!

The apartment is renovated and offers 54 sqm of space for 4 people. It has fast Wi-Fi (DSL 100,000), 65-inch TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for cooking. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed. Parking is available free of charge opposite the house. Nearby are shopping, gym, train and S-Bahn. The river with bike path invites you to walk and bike. Now also with a travel bed and high chair for children.

The property is located in a quiet, central city location. You will stay in a well-kept townhouse. Stops for tram and bus are only 2 minutes' walk away. It is 2 km to the city center. There are 2 restaurants right on the street. You will stay in a non-smoking apartment, and no pets are allowed.
