Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic residential building from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & has been very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay paints. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another, hand-painted, approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered on the 2nd floor.

What also distinguishes our house is our TOP location in the immediate vicinity of the Elster Pearl Trail, for hiking, mountain biking and paddling.

Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Vacation not only for fitters. The apartment is on the ground floor of an apartment building. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and furniture each. In the apartment there is a kitchen with ample equipment (stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, sink, cutlery, plates, pots). There is also a large bathroom with tub/shower/toilet/washer. The enclosed parking space in the courtyard of the area is provided free of charge. From this central apartment you are in the center in a few minutes.

A grill and bicycles are available on request. Indoor and outdoor games are provided. Parking spaces are in front of the door. There are many activities in the area, such as climbing park, dam, bowling alley, escape room, … . It has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and uncomplicated vacation.

Forget your worries in this spacious, cozy attic apartment overlooking the forest and meadows. There is also a study (PC) with a small yoga area and a laundry room. A total of 6 people can find a cozy place to sleep. It is absolutely quiet and you can relax well.
