Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There are 2 double beds. A bohemian two-story house on a parallel alleyway to Horse Cars Square,very calm, 100 m from Palabahçe, walking distance to all the organic products located in the bakery,butcher and bazaar. There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

A place to stay that I can recommend to anyone. We stayed for 2 people, but it was quite enough. You have your own shower and kitchen. Although the kitchen was outside the room, it didn't bother us at all. You can both take in the view and eat at the table in front of the kitchen. Transportation is easier than it looks and very close to the center. Transportation will not be a problem, especially for those who will come by car. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. In short, we are satisfied.

Our host, Ms. Yüksel, introduced the house in detail on the day we arrived and then took care of all our questions. We used the parking lot at Bobby Coffee, a family business, the house is a 3-minute walk from here and it's a very easy route. The house was clean and as it appeared in the same photos. There is also air conditioning in the house, which will be useful for those who come in summer as the upper floor is a little hot. The only negative experience we have at home is that we have a lot of insect bites due to the natural environment. Since we took this risk (we came with off spray, etc.), our experience at home did not affect us as a major. Thank you again for the great hosting and accommodation. We also recommend Bobby Coffee for cold coffee, dessert and breakfast. The breakfast we had here on the last day was quite satisfying.

Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.

Although we only stayed for one night, we still felt the enthusiasm of the host.The room is in the old city, but it takes about 4 minutes to walk in, although it is not possible to drive in.The room is very clean and there is a small yard and conservatory.The host even deliberately made us Turkish coffee before we left, and we had a great time chatting.

We rented the house for 3 people to work remotely for 5 days. It is located in a very quiet and calm environment, which offers a great atmosphere for focusing and resting. The architecture of the house was very impressive and everything we needed was available. The garden was very pleasant, and the internet connection was more than sufficient for remote work. There are grocery stores nearby where you can shop, but transportation without a car can be a bit difficult. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean. All kinds of needs have been considered in the kitchen. We would like to thank Ms. Aydan for her hospitality.

First of all, we would like to thank Ms. Günnur and Mr. Raci for their warmth, one of the really rare amazing people. They welcomed us very well, and they did not miss their help in everything. They also helped with check-in and checkout. We just loved the house, we were very impressed with the decor, the color harmony, the carefully selected items, and the pleasure of the hosts. It was exactly like the photos or even more peaceful. We never had any problems with cleanliness, the house was immaculate, we felt like we were at home. They prepared it with care, thank you. Since the location of the house was central, it helped us a lot, but we were able to rest our heads away from the noise. Everything that was written here was also available at home. We loved it so much that we decided to extend our vacation for two more days, our hosts helped us with this. We are glad to say that we have rented this place, we had a great holiday. If we go to Ayvalik again, we will choose this place again with peace of mind❤️:)
