The accommodation is in a beautiful quiet place and allows you to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is very nice, clean and everything you need is available. From towels, coffee machine to the great terrace with grill. The communication was uncomplicated and the host was easily accessible! We'd love to come back!

It is an apartment where nothing is missing. Bright, spacious, clean and well equipped. You have a separate entrance and after the key handover you come and go as you want. In the unlikely event that you want to use the kitchen: everything is abundantly available.

Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm nature. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in all corners. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. It was very enjoyable experience living at the accommodation. We had all what we needed. Everything was clean and perfect. The host was great and helpful. I would recommend it for all my friends.

It is a nice little studio with a great roof terrace. You can reach the Maas or Venloer City in 5 minutes by bike. We liked it very much. Gladly again.

The apartment is perfect for two adults and two children and we felt very comfortable. We will be happy to come back if we are in the area again.

The communication in advance was already very pleasant and friendly. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and accompanied to the accommodation. We spent two and a half months in the apartment as we had to move out of our own home due to water damage. Anikka and Bernd were consistently warm, helpful and always responsive – just the best you could ask for! We felt very comfortable and would recommend the accommodation at any time.

The location was amazing, with beautiful views and a peaceful, green surrounding—such a lovely and refreshing spot. The house had everything I needed, fully equipped and comfortable. I was extremely satisfied with my stay, and if I ever visit this city again, I will definitely stay here again!

Johannes is a great host, everything well prepared. The apartment is well laid out and everything you need is on site. Even a terrace with a view of the garden. The residential area is very quiet, and you have to go somewhere else to eat. He even provided a bicycle on request, very good.

Super great place to stay that is even better than it looks in the pictures. The apartment has a great location, very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but you can still get to Xanten or Sonnsbeck quickly. This quiet location is ideal for a few relaxing days and especially if you want to have a quiet New Year's Eve with your dog. Peter and Hella are also super nice hosts! This place can only be recommended!

Hello Nicholas! I will recommend your apartment. The furnishings are very modern and everything was clean. The highlight was the small garden where you could comfortably drink a beer. Due to the quiet location, there was also relaxation for the short stay.

We as friends of Brigitte's daughter and Rob, really enjoyed staying with them. It was lovely and a beautiful area. The Apartment was great! The place is quite compact, but it has everything you need. Is well suited for a short trip and for relaxation.

A very large and super-equipped apartment in a good location with two very special highlights: a whirlpool - and a private cinema with four comfortable armchairs, Netflix access, a large screen and great sound. The location is also great: In a few minutes' walk you can reach the nearest subway station and a shopping center, yet it is very quiet. I was there by bike, and the apartment was the perfect starting point for trips to the Zollverein mine, the Nordsternpark in Gelsenkirchen and other interesting places. The communication with Lucas was great, fast response times and help with questions/problems at any time. If I am drawn back to the area, I would like to stay here again as a guest!

We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The whirlpool is a real hit, everything is lovingly furnished and clean. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is awesome! Everything is very clean, the amenities are great! Everything you need! I only had to take half of my things from home, because everything was available. Whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. We don't need to talk about the bathroom. It's pure luxury. You can always find a parking spot nearby. It's quiet. Nice neighbors. Public transport is nearby. You can get anywhere fast. And there are also shopping facilities nearby. Dirk was very nice and always available. Everything wonderful.
