The place is very stylishly decorated, a very nice little home for our stay. Free parking a few meters from the house as described, we always found a place. The decor didn't miss anything, except maybe the washing machine. However, we found a washing machine nearby (Tinq gas station), so no problem. The hosts were always available and very friendly. The residential area very quiet with beautiful cottages. You can quickly walk to the center of Bergen with shopping and nice restaurants and cafes. The area is incredibly beautiful and offers an incredible number of possibilities.....Bathing on very beautiful sandy beaches, canoeing, cycling, hiking in the dunes, boating etc......and you are also relatively fast in Amsterdam (P&R Noord) and other beautiful places. We had a wonderful 2 weeks!

We were very satisfied with the place ! It was really clean and the location is central . You can walk to the beach and the center . We would come back !

We felt really comfortable! The house is super cozy, very bright and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything you needed and the bed was very comfortable. Mirjam responded very nicely and quickly to questions on our part and was always willing to help, at the same time she was very considerate and we had our privacy, even when the cottage is behind her house. Within walking distance you are in Bergen city center within a few minutes, which is super convenient.

I was a pleasure to be gest of Sonja and stay at her lovely guest house that has everything you want for both short and long stay. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice time with Wilma and immediately felt comfortable, everything was very cozily furnished and clean. Wilma is a very nice and friendly host. Contact was always quick and everything worked great. In the house is everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. The outdoor area is very nice and our dog was able to move freely. We were able to relax and relax very well. Wilma had very good excursion ideas. We can only report positive things. The location is great, in 5 minutes you are in the center on the dunes and by the sea, everything is within walking distance. I'm sure we'll be back and can only recommend the place. Thank you!

I was really touched by the host's kindness. Thanks to the host who came out to greet me in person and warmly welcomed me when I checked in, the start of my trip was even more pleasant. The bedding was very comfortable, so I was able to sleep deeply, and the cleanliness of the entire accommodation was very clean and great. Above all, the village where the accommodation is located is so beautiful that I felt healed throughout my stay. We spent three days with Yvon's (and her neighbor's) cats in her (or probably their) thoughtfully decorated guest apartment. After a warm welcome from Yvon, we were immediately greeted by the man of the house and one of our new temporary roommates, Dix. He is incredibly trusting from the first minute and made sure to pay us a visit multiple times each day to get his dose of head scratches and belly rubs (if he allows it). The entire place was spotless, we hardly even noticed any cat hair. Same goes for the large bathroom with a nice rain shower. The mini fridge was a useful addition. As if all of that is not enough for the great price we paid (less than any of the hotels around), Yvon prepared a delicious breakfast every morning, including freshly made waffles, coffee and tea. She even went out of her way to ensure we'd get the eggs cooked exactly the way we preferred. Whenever we will make another trip to Noord-Holland, this is absolutely the place we'll consider first.

The three of us stayed there for 4 nights and felt very comfortable. Communication with Jesse was fast, friendly and smooth. It is a bungalow at the back of the house with a small private terrace. The location is optimal if you want to explore the surrounding area. The beach is 5-10 minutes away by bike. Shopping is also nearby. Leiden is only a good 10+ km away, Amsterdam can be reached in about 40 minutes by car.

It is really a great location in the middle of a beautiful villa district just outside Amsterdam. Nevertheless, the city center can be easily reached by bus. Perfect for us as guests who arrived by car. And saves expensive travel costs, saves expensive hotel prices and is still fast in the city center. Everything is very lovingly maintained in the middle of a beautiful garden. A great one-room apartment. DAX is a great host who responded very quickly and very informatively and gave really helpful tips.

We really loved Emmanuelle's place - we absolutely recommend staying! It is very spacious and wonderfully decorated - lots of interesting furniture, fixtures, and decor. The beds were so comfy and the place is very clean. We only stayed one night and it was rainy the whole time so I can't wait to go again when we can stay longer and enjoy the animals and outside areas too. Communication with Emmanuelle was always a pleasure.

We loved our stay at Huis te Krommenie very much. We were warmly welcomed by Bauke and Jeanne and received clear and nice information about the history of the house (a former GP practice) and how the atmosphere of the B&B was created. In addition, they gave us nice tips about the area and good eateries. The bed was lovely and also the "old" shower was surprisingly pleasant. We really enjoyed it and have absolutely no complaints or comments. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this stay!

We had a wonderful stay in the lovingly furnished guest house. Everything is available and everything in the apartment is described in a self-explanatory way. The guest house is very clean, the double bed is very good and everything is practical and beautifully furnished. The location is great and a free large parking lot is not far away. Nel is very courteous, quick to reach and also responds very quickly. Katwijk is also very beautiful, especially the beach with all the beach clubs. Check-in was very easy with a lockbox. Thank you for the great stay. Absolutely recommended.

We had a good time in the accommodation and felt comfortable. The apartment was as described, small, but equipped with everything you need and well located. We particularly liked the fact that we were allowed to use the bikes. Michael was very friendly and always quick to respond to messages.

We were able to spend a week's vacation with our 1 1/2-year-old son at Leah and Tom's and would have liked to stay there much longer. The two have a wonderful, cozy apartment and a fantastic garden that invites you to linger and was a great place for our son to romp and explore. Both in the apartment and the garden, you immediately notice that a place to feel good has been created with a lot of love. There were even a lot of toys for our son. :-) In addition, we want to say one more thing: We have already used AirBnB many times, but we have never had such great, friendly and helpful landlords like Leah and Tom. They were always there to help and advise (especially when it came to tips for activities with our son) and there was always time for a private conversation. Incredibly loving people! We would have liked to give more than 5 stars! :-)

Fred and Kelly’s place is absolutely wonderful. We stayed because the price was better and there was a little more room than many places directly in the city. Though we looked forward to it, we didn’t expect to fall in love with it…and we did! Staying outside of the city is pretty great. It’s a 10ish minute walk to the train station, and then an easy navigation to wherever you need to go. We didn’t mind the “commute” a bit, and it was nice to start off and wind down in a quieter setting. The place itself is well kept, clean, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. We enjoyed casting Netflix on the TV with the fireplace on in the evenings, and we spent a couple of mornings in the garden. We booked this spot our entire stay, but also spent one night in Amsterdam to experience “city life,” and also spent one night in Utrecht. These were perfect additions to our home base plan. I’d definitely stay here again!

We highly recommend this AirBnB, it is one of the best that I have stayed in! The accommodation itself is beautiful, Mikiel built most of it himself and it is finished off to a very high standard. The decking area is just beautiful, perfect for having our morning croissants from the local Bakery and lovely to sit in the hot tub after a day exploring. The living area is spacious, the bed comfy and the shower worked perfectly. There were lots of little touches which were so thoughtful and my friend really appreciated the gift left for her for her 50th birthday, again our hosts went above and beyond. Our hosts were responsive to queries and flexible as we needed to checkin a bit later. The location was perfect to explore Amsterdam via train and we went to Zaanse Schans by bus which we caught at the top of the road. The houseboat is situated in a beautiful little town with good restaurants, the best recommended by our hosts. Don't hesitate to book this gorgeous AirBnB!

Definitely recommended The apartment is cozy, functional and very nicely furnished. It is located in the landlord's garden as described. Everything is very neat, well-maintained and cozy. The family is very friendly and attentive to the guests. We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed every day.

Great place, great communication. Alie was courteous and helpful, made our stay really nice. Exceeded our expectations! The accommodation is quietly located, you can reach the beach by bike or car, not necessarily within walking distance. But for our purposes, this was just the right thing.
